Great refrigerator, not noisy, love the crushed ice doesn't leave chunks like my other one did. Makes our kitchen look sharp. Very spacious compared to my older side by side. Love that you can rearrange the shelves based on your needs.

I am Korean American. I try to support Korean products like Samsung. However, this refrigerator is awful. We paid out of pocket once to replace a sensor and the issue happened again. Customer service is unreachable for an essential household appliance. Samsung does not take responsibility for their defects. They do not absorb the costs of common issues. Look up Samsung Recall USA on Facebook. I receive very little correspondence from repair service personnel or customer service. Samsung is done with you once they have your money. Sorry but this fridge struggled after the warranty ended and then continued to struggle after repair, unlike our older refrigerators that lasted nearly a decade, if not more. No, Samsung. You need to earn customer loyalty.

It's a good fridge for a good price. Besides the fold up shelf there is really nothing great about this fridge compared to any other model but there isn't anything bad about it either. We've only had it for a month or so and so far there are no real problems with it. The only issue I've had so far is that when you open the freezer the little drawer inside doesn't always come with it and you have to reach in and pull it out and its come off its track a few times. It's very simple to get back in place.

We love our refrigerator very much. You just have to make sure you organize the freezer so that items are stored standing in a row to be able to see what you have. My kid throws things in & you can't see because items pile up. It's a storage box style as opposed to side by side with top to bottom. Not a complaint, it's just different. I love that the water filter is inside the fridge which is simple to replace, and all the compartments for storing food. Super happy with purchase.

Easy for the kids to get what they want when they want.

Overall, have been happy with the unit since we got it. Drips when the ice maker is used as the ice melts but minor issue.

Very happy with this model.Fits my tight space but large capacity . Love the freezer drawer. Easy to find everything. Runs very quietly. Water and ice dispenser works great. No problems what so ever.

I was restricted by size and space choose this model. Large but small inside. Tiny drawer for meats, no butter, or egg container. No container for cheese. Limited room on door for condiments. Ice machine takes away a lot of door shelf storage. If you cook storage is an issue. Nice to have everything at eye level.ALWAYS have to open both french doors. Water service is nice and dose not spill or shoot across the room.

We absolutely love our new Samsung Refrigerator. It is very quiet. Have to cut out all other noises and get close to it to hear it. Also, well designed in order to maximize storage.

Great fridge keeps everything cold when runs it’s quite and most of all looks great

I have had the ice maker replaced 3 times at this point. The defrost board twice. The cool select pantry drawer twice These items are on an extended (by samsung) warranty due to the massive issues they are having with these units. Service company they use shows 3 visits, Samsung claims this is my *first* warranty visit, and even with Documentation provided they refuse to admit the other service calls and parts shipments have happened. Ice maker - freezes up and stops making ice. You have to muddle around with the controls and listen to incessant beeping while the ice maker defrosts itself. This happens every 2-3 months. Ice maker fails after about 9 months requiring replacement. If not covered under warranty this is a $550 fix after service call. Defrost Control Board - the new ones run the defrost cycle 2 hours earlier. Doesn't seem to help. Ice maker will still freezer up, still get build up in the freezer. If not covered by warranty this is a $350 service call Pantry Drawer. - Back right roller is held in place by a piece of plastic that is 1mm thicker than the screw and sticks out 2 inches from the drawer. Look at it sideways or have a couple of lbs of deli and butter in it and it breaks from lack of support. NOT Covered after 1 year, this is a $180 part plus shipping.

I could only fit a 33" wide refrigerator in the space. This was an amazing option as it offers 26 cu.ft so you're not sacrificing anything with the narrower design.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator and the convenient drawers within both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Having the freezer on the bottom ensures that my husband always finds what he is looking for in the refrigerator.

For the width of this fridge, it is incredible spacious and easy to clean and move shelves. Freezer works great and it has not failed me yet.

This refrigerator is extremely nice, easy to move the shelves, lots of storage and the pull outs in the freezer makes it convenient for taking food in and out.

Not a whole lot of door storage, and water dispenser is a bit slower than some out there. However, it's quiet, good looking, and seems to have plenty enough space.

This fridge is great looking and tons of storage space. The 33" had more capacity and better use of space then my 36" side by side.
