Exceptional refrigerator! Great design and features, adequate space, and superior cooling

Solid good price refrigerator. Good space use and nice looking. No complaints yet very happy with it so far. No frills but that’s all you need in this price range

We’ve had the product less than a week, but thus far very happy with the refrigerator. It seems to have adequate storage space, and that’s what I was looking for in a counter depth fridge. Glad that Best Buy came through for us with a quick turnaround with delivery, as a competitor who we had previously purchased failed to have the item in stock on the morning of delivery. We would have had to wait an additional two weeks in a brand new home without any type of refrigeration. Thanks Best Buy!

We purchased this less than 6 months before we started seeing issues with cooling. We are on our 3rd service call and the repairman is saying there is nothing further they can do. The entire unit is no longer cooling and we have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks. It’s been difficult to manage with a family of 5. Best Buy said there’s nothing they can do and we are still waiting for Samsung to call us back on next steps. Unacceptable! We will never buy another appliance from Best Buy or Samsung again.

Samsung - 26 cu. ft. French Door Counter Depth Smart Refrigerator with Four Types of Ice - Stainless Steel. Had to exchange the original based on size. Exchanged within 14 days. Paid the difference between 1st choice and replacement .Super easy process and no hassle !

Spacious, cold. Still need to get the ice and water working. But it is a good solid fridge. I like it

Nice quality! Really bright and open feel! The doors open and shut easily, but i feel they could have had a bit more suction or weight to them as they feel very light and need to be physically closed when shutting the fridge. Also, the hum while making ice can be a little noisey but it goes right away after a minute. Overall nice fridge ! I enjoy all of the ice options especially the small cubes it makes inside !

So far so good. This fridge has a ton of storage... and it looks really nice.

I like the refrigerator. The only problem is I had to spell and it went under the glass and I can’t clean it because the glass doesn’t come off.

We love the French door configuration better then the side-by-side we've had for the past 20 years. And the extra ice in the freezer is something we thought we might not use but wee use it more than door ice. It had all the features the wife wanted and the counter depth fits great. We got 4" of floor space back with no loss in interior volume.

So far really like fridge & it fits well in space & looks nice. Dosent have as much freezer room as my last Samsung but is much better fit.

Just got it but so far loving it. Getting use to the door/shelf configuration because we had a side by side before this.

This fridge is great! The 4 types of ice is a bit overboard, but you can turn the "bites" option off. All the reviews saying the ice machine is too loud is strange as that's not the case. Overall this is a great fridge, especially for the price.

I love this Samsung counter depth refrigerator! It's the perfect size for our new kitchen. Just be sure to get the air out of the line for the water dispenser to stop the dripping. Then it works just fine!
