I had no choice but to get another Samsung due to the spacing of my cabinet. I have to say this one is really disappointing. But for the space I would have given it a 1 star. Here are some of the problems. 1. The first delivery. The fridge was too cold and the water dripped. The first 1/4 cup of water from the dispenser smelt and tasted burnt. So I got it replaced thinking it was defect. 2. The second delivery, the fridge temperature was good. Though the dispenser drip will go away but it has been a week and it still drips after you fill the water. The burnt taste in the first 1/4 of a cup of water is still there. It occurs every time you wait for few mins before you go for another cup.. Now my family has to fill 1/4 of a cup and toss out the water before refilling the cup again every single time. This is really disappointing. It’s not a fridge defect. It’s a model defect. I would highly recommend to not buy this model. My previous model didn’t have all this problem. And before anyone think it’s the filter, it is not. I have had Samsung long enough to know if it is a filter problem or not.

It is spacious, and fits my needs perfectly. The reason I'm giving it a 2 star, which I consider generous, is that since I purchased it about 2 weeks ago, I've had two service calls to repair the same problem: The top ice maker does not make, nor dispense cubed ice as specified. The warranty covers the repairs, which so far include adding metallic tape to, hopefully, seal any leaks around the ice maker. Granted, you can't see the tape, but there's no way that a brand new, 2,000 dollar refrigerator should need tape to fix any kind of leaks within 2 weeks of purchase.

The layout is extremely smart and ergonomically elegant. We are cheese and charcuterie people and LOVE the large drawer for such items. The lower freezer is also convenient with scoopable options for iced beverages when having a party in addition to the door ice and water dispenser. Wonderful.
