Amazing refrigerator. Love the fact that you could just tap on the screen and it give you the opportunity to see inside without opening the door

Love the screen, and the fact that it plays music. I wanted this fridge so that I could use the app to see inside the fridge while I was at work, but for some reason I can’t get my phone to sync to it. I also think we received a defective fridge because it has this really loud rattle randomly that sounds like popcorn popping, and I know it’s not the ice maker because we have it turned off. It started making the noise the very same day we received it. So I’m worried that something is going to mess up on our brand new fridge.

Its been a month since my purchase and i love it the smart things comes in so handy i can control it from my phone, love the slick look.

So far, so good. This is a great fridge - very roomy, love the side by side doors. Not sure that I'm super stoked about the whole Family Hub feature, but we've slowly but surely integrated it into the family. Gotta admit, I like the shopping list feature. Also, tying it to Alexa and being able to play music is great! Overall, love it so far! Wish it had a water dispenser, but I have a brita, so it's all good.

We were in a bad place when our old fridge broke down, but thankfully Best Buy had this fridge available for pickup that dame day. It is on the more expensive side, but we have loved this fridge since we got it. The features are really cool.

Very nice and sturdy a lot of technology included in the hub from music playing to online purchasing, Alexa and Google interaction with different Apps, love it much better than most fridge I have owned before.

Needed a New refrigerator so I went to Best Buy and they by far had the best deals, biggest selection and quickest delivery dates. I dealt with a manager at my local store named Abe and he’s outstanding!

I would like to give this fridge 5 stars, but ultimately, the smart features really do cost it a star. The fridge, overall, is quite nice. It may be my favorite fridge I've ever owned. The color is very nice, and it has A LOT of storage space. The camera feature is quite "gimmicky" as neither myself or my wife have call it up while away from home to do an inventory check like advertised. It's nice to know we COULD though. Samsung changed "smart" apps a few weeks after we purchased this and we haven't really put any time into familiarizing ourselves with it. Again, most of the smart features just don't resonate with us. You may ask yourself, then why even buy a "smart" fridge? Great questions, and honestly, we didn't have an option. Our intent was to get the "dumb" version of this side by side but due to the near apocalyptic society we live in now, we couldn't get one. So smart device it was! Even IF you are really into the smart features of a fridge, based on my experience with this model, I still think you'll find it may resonate as a 4 star product.

Love this fridge! I love the sleek design with no water feature on front, which is not an issue for our family as we have another Fridge in the garage that has filtered water. Love that their is an ice marker that makes the perfect size tray ice. Love the side by side freezer as our other freezer has the baskets and we could NEVER find anything! The smart hub is a plus as we use it every single day.

Great product. Quality is beyond reproach. plenty of space, love the color. I’m very impressed with the service. I've will return to Best Buy for all of my future appliance. The Military discount really makes the purchase a great deal. I really like the way I was treated at Best Buy by everyone involved in the purchase of this Refrigerator.

The family absolutely loves the family hub fridge. Besides just looking great in the black steel this thing is packed with a ton of tech. You basically add a huge tablet right to your kitchen. You can even mirror tv from multiple Samsung TVs in your house right to the fridge. As a fridge it keeps cool and runs silent. As a speaker, impressed by the sound.

I knew i was not going to be disappointed with this refrigerator. I absolutely love it. It is the perfect size with enough space to see all that's on the shelves. The inverted handles on the door are great. And of course the smart screen is perfect for all i need and more. For the price this is awesome. Definitely would recommend this one.

Great fridge, a lot of space, modern sleek look, the fridge gets super cold , so does the freezer. Easy and convenient to use and you can look what’s in your fridge and adjust the temperature all from a phone. The apps are great and the built is speaker is pretty loud. Samsung stuffed a huge tablet in a fridge and made it more convenient for the consumer.
