Nice refrigerator but the water dispenser and the ice are in awkward place. You have to use a wide cup to try and catch all the ice and still some falls.

Delivery was on time as reported. Only issue was the installers was unable to disconnect water line from old refrigerator. Had to call a plumber to shutoff the water supply, remove the old copper line from the wall spout and from the old refrigerator. My cost for an emergency plumber trip charge of $50 to remove. Is this a reimbursable cost to me? Other than this issue I'm pleased with the Samsung, beautiful.
Another I'd originally ordered a Frigedaire on 10/8/2020 with a forecast date of 2/4/2021.

Where do I begin, last year I bought ALL new appliances , fridge and stove, washer and dryer, tv AND the wife’s cell phone
1 year after my fridge was installed it died, we lost everything. It has been 2
MONTHS. Many repair visits still have not fixed it, I don’t want to deal with this anymore, I want a replacement fridge or my money back. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS when every appliance decides to die one at a time. THATS WHY I BOUGHT ALL NEW ONES . THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH.
I need help here. The phone calls mean nothing , the repairs still haven’t worked. My wife and I have had to take too many days off work and 2 months later I still have no fridge. This is enough for me to never buy another Samsung product, sell all of these and tell everyone the same. JUNK

Refrigerator is okay. I like the ice maker because you have 2 different types of ice that it makes. Crush ice and cube not all refrigerators have that option.
