The water comes out so slow. Very bulky but not a lot of space. Ice cube tray is small. You need to create a backup to store ice.

Fridge didn’t even work for a month! Worst company to deal with EVER! Referred us to Samsung for warranty repair. I think they sold us a lemon. The first fridge came complete dented and the second one broke after 2 weeks! Total junk!

We purchased this refrigerator a month ago and have dealt with water leaking the from the day the water line was hooked up. Waited 2 weeks for a technician to come out and 3 hours after he left it’s leaky my again. Terrible customer service, very dissatisfied!!!

Excessive frost build up for no apparent reason in

Within a few days of plugging in the unit, excessive frost is building up in the freezer. No apparent damage to the door seal/gasket. Low humidity in room where unit is located. Freezer door had only been opened once in first 3 days. Freezer temp set at zero F. Yet excessive frost built up.

Having problems on display screen won't work can't resest Samsung fridge stopped working and overheating not staying cool. We only had it for 1 year and a half I did not recommend this brand started having problems after a year
