    REfrigerator came damaged..Also, the installation they did is incomplete.. water dispenser is not working... also , truck driver broke my front door also and he didn't fixed it, instead ran away like that.. This was really unprofessional attitude from BestBuy deliver guys and has caused lots of inconvenience

    This refrigerator is the worst pile of scrap metal three thousand dollars can buy. Save your money. You're better off with an ice chest. Won't make ice constantly have issues with the water dispenser and the chill drawer is NEVER cold enough. And just try to get customer service on the phone. Good luck!

      A few factors can cause an ice maker not to work. If the ice maker appears not to be making any or enough ice, low water pressure or a faulty water filter may be to blame. When the ice maker makes small, cloudy, or clumped ice, it could be something as simple as a dirty water filter, low water pressure, or high mineral deposits in your water. In the event of a frozen ice bucket, some troubleshooting may be needed, and service may be required.

    I like the water pitcher and the middle drawer. A few of my complaints is the doors do not open full 180 degrees like my LG refrigerator. It does not fit two gallons of milk in the door easily. The ice maker is very loud and slow at dispensing ice, it also takes up a lot of fridge space unlike my previous fridge that had it built in to the door. Overall if I were to be shopping for another I more than likely would choose a different one.

    Worst refrigerator ever. I purchased this crap on 12-5-2019 and have been trying to get my ice maker fixed since about two months after purchase. Samsung won’t even call me, text, or email me with a solution. Terrible company to do try to do business with. Net again will I purchase a Samsung product!

    This refrigerator is garbage. The filter on the pitcher started leaking after 3 months of having it. I’ve make is horrible and jams up all the time. It takes forever to get three pieces of ice and that has been since day 1. Would never recommend this to anyone.

    I would give this zero stars if I could. This fridge looks good sitting in the kitchen, but unless you want endless problems with the icemaker, don't purchase it. Our icemaker hasn't worked for quite some time now and after looking into it it it a serious problem with these type of samsung fridges. Steer clear!!

    Bought this refrigerator Jan 2020. Had 3 services calls since purchase. That is unacceptable for a product in this price range. I have bought other refrigerators with better reliability and quality. I usually buy Samsung products but the quality of the products have been subpar recently.

    Our refrigerator was delivered 12/16/19 we have had no problems till tonight it started making a high pitched ringing noise.

    Received wrong model. There is no door in door. Ice dispenser is slow and sloppy. Water dispenser is difficult to see where it will come out. Had scratches on front and side. The freezer drawer is difficult to pull out. All in all i am disappointed in samsungs refrigerator.

      The ice maker can make 10 pounds of ice a day; it can only hold 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop. The ice maker can make approximately two trays of ice every 3 hours.

      Please place the container as near as possible to the chute to ensure the water and ice will go in properly.

      Sometimes messes in the fridge require deeper cleaning to get the job done. You have to remove the refrigerator bins, shelves, and drawers. Most of them are made for easy removal, but knowing the right way to remove them makes it even easier.

    2nd Samsung Fridge that failed less than one year after warranty expired. ice maker design in fridge - someone should get fired. Never, never, never again. Samsung appliances are such poor quality. Maybe get the guys who build the TV's to help you fix the crap you put out.

    Garbage. I was warned but I listened to the sales rep at BestBuy and believed they had fixed the issues with the ice maker. I was wrong, they haven't and it started having problems shortly after it was installed. Now I see there's a class action lawsuit filed against Samsung because of this same issue. STAY AWAY

    Awaiting fifth service call in six months. First call...malfunctioning water dispenser. Remainder of calls on a failing ice maker/crusher. At this point would not recommend Samsung refrigerator. Look forward to getting my money's worth on the extended warranty.
