Great fridge lots of space, didn't really want the center drawer but I got the unit on a great sale and turns out the center drawer is great for drinks.

just purchased this refrigerator and because I was purchasing site unseen due to Civid I was so hesitant but its turned out to be as good as I had researched. Very spacious inside the fridge area, freezer and the middle shelf. Love having fresh cold water available anytime I need/want it. Love that the water/ice locks so kids can't play with it. Very good investment in my opinion. I don't hear it running or when it makes ice. If I had to say anything that can be improved is the water can dispense a little faster.

We were in a rush to get a new fridge when ours died a few weeks ago. I was at a competitor's store placing my order with them when, on a whim, I checked BestBuy.com and their delivery date was 5 days sooner. Sorry sales guy - I'm out, waiting a week for delivery of a fridge was not going to work - waiting 2 days, much better! Not to mention, having BB haul away my old fridge for free, and not making me buy the water-hook up...bonus! We love the fridge. The size is perfect, I love the auto-fill water pitcher in the door for filling up my Keurig, the fold-up top shelf that makes room for tall items, and the fridge drawer for defrosting our meat for the week. The size of this fridge is perfect, and the deep freezer drawers have my husband loving it because it saves his toes from falling frozen items as happened in our old fridge. And it's so nice to have a water dispenser that works - our last fridge's stopped working 5 years ago.

So far, so good! I’ve had this refrigerator about 1 month now & I love it!! The middle pull out door is perfect for water bottles & breakfast drinks! I love how open the top is! No more bending down to see what I have!!

I really love my new Samsung Black stainless steel refrigerator. It look sleek and modern, keep my food well and has features I didn't know I needed. The self refilling water pitcher..Love it. My favorite feature is the middle drawer were we keep water bottle , kids juice boxes and fruit. The door within a door is cool too. There is so much storage space that is is unreal. We put away a lot and stuff and I still have room.

Love this refrigerator! Has allot of space, very quiet, love the color and hides fingerprints very well. Also easy to clean. No problems so far.

1. We absolutely love this refrigerator. We especially love the 2nd pull out drawer where we keep our mest and cheeses. Others keep soda / beverages in there but we have a soda fridge in the garage. 2. I would have given this a 5 star - except that there is an automatic filling water pitcher inside the left door. It also has an infuser so you can flavor the water. We love this pitcher... The water pitcher is NOT dishwasher safe. There is no signage stating that it is not dishwasher safe. We had lemons and limes in the infuser so we wanted to clean it quick before putting more water in it. We put it in the dishwasher and the pitcher itself changed shape so the lids won't fit on it. Oh yeah - if you google this - apparently many people have done this and it's 100 bucks for a replacement pitcher. Again, we love the fridge - we just wish we had been made aware about he water pitcher's limitations.

Shelving on this refrigerator are smaller than my other one. I had the Samsung just like this one without the middle drawer. I posted pictures of the drawers. Even the vegetable drawers a short. You can’t tell this when you look at it before you buy but when you have a family and put stuff in it. The freezer part is the same. They forgot my drawer when they delivered mine and it is being shipped. It also was scratched when I received it and this will have to be taken care off.

My son and I are in love with this refrigerator. The bottom freezer with pull out shelf gives you so much extra space. We keep drinks in the middle drawer for convenience. The filtered water pitcher is what sold me along with the special little door that opens so you can grab a quick item without having to open the entire door. The price and extras were exceptional compared to other brands/models. We're very happy.

Bought this refrigerator to replace my LG refrigerator that gave out in just 3 years. I like the French door style and the extra drawer for drinks or wtat you need more of is an excellent feature. I like the smart device connectivity that let's you monitor or change temp set up and icemaker. Each are has separate temp controls and you can put them on super cool if you add a bunch of stuff at once to make sure it gets cooled down in a timely manner. Top notch delivery and set up service through geek squad. Very satisfied with my purchase so far.

Very happy with my new refrigerator. Loving all the different compartments and especially the finger print resistance, no more constant wiping. The ease of just opening the small compartment door for more frequently used items is nice and also saves energy.

great refrigerator. We have only had it for a month due to delays on our current home (had to delay delivery). I love that it has the flex drawer! Lots of space, and haven’t had any issues yet. We have a 2nd refrigerator in our garage, but we haven’t had to plug that one in because the amount of storage in this one is suitable for us! The only thing I wish it came with was a tray for under the water/ice dispenser to catch any small pieces or drops that don’t make it into the cup.

My son and daughter touch it all day and fingerprints seem to vanish. It's easy to clean and very spacious. I am happy with my purchase!

This refrigerator is top notch! I can not tell you how much I'm loving this refrigerator. From the huge freezer space to the water and ice machine to the multi function middle drawer to the water jug that you can add fruit or tea to and always have something tasty to drink ready at all times! Even the low light setting is perfect for those late night snacks or drinks of water so you don't blind yourself half asleep ha ha.

We have had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks and we love it. The automatically refilling pitcher in the door is such a great feature. There is so much more space compared to my previous side by side. We did a lot of browsing and research before finally deciding on this one and we made the right choice. The guys who delivered and installed also did a fantastic job.

Salesman was great to work with. Delivery men were pleasant and worked quickly. They installed the refrigerator and the water supply line and moved the old refrigerator to our garage. After the delivery men left, we noticed a scratch on the hingeside edge of the door. The second issue is the lack of adjustments for the refrigerator compartment shelves. This is something we should have looked at at the store. As it is just my wife and I using the fridge, this should not get in the way. Everything else about this purchase was superb.

I love the various features specially the jug inside the fridge for detox water within seconds. Great compartment and the smart things from Samsung puts the cherry on top. Love it.

Absolutely love my new fridge so far! The food showcase door and automatic water pitcher are extremely handy, as well as the flex zone drawer. There is plenty of room in both the refrigerator and freezer sections, and the flexible shelves allow for taller items as well as large food platters. Also took advantage of a great Black Friday deal, so the price was definitely worth it! So happy with my purchase!

Now this refrigerator is the KING for the QUEEN in your home. It does everything except talk!! Nice roomy inside and the freezer is huge. This is my first French door frig. I have always had to have a bottom freezer and top frig. Well this has changed my mind. This one is awesome. It does it all.
