The space is really good however the extra door isn’t worth the money. No need for that . I regret wasting $300 extra for that. It’s complicated how to clean the glass shelf on the bottom if water gets through. The freezer doesn’t freeze good unless it’s in quick freeze. And it does smudge. In the the feature it says smudge free! That’s not true, we are wiping it constantly.

We've had it for almost a month and no fingerprints yet. A simple damp microfiber cloth wipedown keeps it clean. It has a lot of features that can all be yurned into benefits, but the best one is a magic self filling pitcher of filtered cold water. There is plenty room for our food and soft drinks. The shelves flip up to make for 2 liter bottles and gallons of milk. We keep the freezer full of protein and the dividers give enough spaces for beef, pork, chicken, and the occasional frozen burrito. I'm glad I chose this model.

this fridge is spacious and nice. the black stainless steel matches well w/ other stainless steel appliances without clashing.

I bought this fridge to replace an old side by side that was smaller and inefficient. I really appreciate the layout of this fridge, and also the many features. I was not really a fan of in the door ice, and water features, mostly because they take up a lot of room from the space inside. This refrigerator does not seem to lose any of that valuable real estate. It's still quite new, and I'm still learning about it, but I am quite satisfied.

We have had this fridge now for almost two months and I love it. The look is very stylish in the Tuscan finish, and all of the drawers and shelves are very functional. My only knock at this point is that the latch on the easy access door doesn’t always catch, and even when it does the magnetic pull is too strong so the full door pulls away from the fridge. Not a big deal but kind of an annoyance.

I really love my new Samsung - 27.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Fingerprint Resistant Refrigerator with Food Showcase - Black stainless steel fridge. The self filling water pitcher has already made a huge difference with filling my pups water bowl and our keurig every day. We had a top of the line fridge in 2004, with almost the same space and features, but this new one has 2 features I really love, the pitcher inside and the showcase door for my coffee creamer.

The fridge is really nice. I had purchased the matching microwave and had range and I am really happy I went with black stainless steel. It’s such a sleek look! The delivery people were really nice. There was an issue bringing down the old fridge and bringing up the new fridge bc of the way my house is build. Luckily, they were able to make it work. Such an easy process! Will purchase from Best Buy again!

Best fridge I've had so far. Nice perks like two sided bin access on door, reconfigurable shelves for tall items, auto fill pitcher, Samsung Smart Things access, and deli tray zone. I like that it sends a blast of cold air once the freezer drawer is closed. Holds temperature well and is no trouble to keep clean.

Lots of room and works great. The water dispenser is a pretty useful.

Purchased this fridge during the Covid-19 quarantine. at the time of purchase, it was unable to be installed by geek squad. Within 2 weeks of purchase, it was able to be installed and the fridge works great. It is so quiet, I don’t even know it’s running. I also love the inside pitcher. It refills automatically. I highly recommend this fridge.

This is a really good fridge. Keeps everything very cold, runs silent (little bit of noise from the ice makers), and looks nice. Organizationally it has a lot of features, so you have to make some choices, but it's not overwhelming. Best of all once you get settle in to it, it makes it easy to retrieve what you want and see what you're short of.

I was weighing the options of the double door vs the FamilyHub style. I am so glad I went this route. I am always using the showcase door. Also, the self filling water pitcher means I can always fill my cup with cold, filtered water. Have had for 3 weeks now and love the choice we made!

This was a great purchase! Love the fact that we have a mini drink fridge within our main fridge. The top and bottom slots have strange dimensions and don't fit bottles or cans. We stored pudding and mini soft drink cans in there and it fits perfectly. The Black Stainless Steel is also BEAUTIFUL in our kitchen.

Some much space in this refrigerator and freezer. Love the showcase door.

This refrigerator is a great addition to our home, perfect size and looks. It matched the rest of our appliances very nicely. Ice maker and ice cold water for this summer days. Great price and quality.

Love this fridge. The space and flexibility of the shelving inside is great! The in-door water pitcher is a game changer and has cut down on our bottled water usage just because of the convenience of pouring it into drink mixes.

Beautiful fridge with plenty of room for all of my food purchases and left overs. The freezer is roomier than I thought and I'm not "losing" food as I did previously in my old side by side. The in-door water pitcher is a great perk especially if you like infused water or fresh iced tea. Definitely not regretting this purchase.

The doors are kind of a pain. I love the fridge. We didn’t return it because I actually love it. Just make sure to measure the space you have available against the refrigerator with the doors open. It didn’t make a difference with the my side by side because the hinges were different.
