This fridge is simple, yet thoughtful. It takes up much less space than my old fridge and freezer combo, but easily holds the food of myself and THREE housemates (with an entire shelf free). I love it. Don't know yet about durability, but it is a Samsung and was very fairly priced for the thoughtful design and energy efficient nature of the fridge. Two of the door shelves are really challenging to put on and off (requires MUSCLE), and there is really only door shelves and one main area space that has a like a half shelf slidey thing to make space for tall bottles (like milk 2ltrs etc)

This fridge really fits with the aesthetics of my kitchen. It’s very sleek and spacious. I absolutely love it

Great refrigerator, great space, love the freezer location, and amazing door storage.

We are still not used to the room we have in our new fridge. We also like the energy savings and being able to walk by the fridge while someone has a door open.

Needed a fridge replacement after about 13 years of the old one. I am deep in the Samsung ecosystem so I figured appliances were the next step. Good space even with the shallower counter depth model and solid interior lighting. It also connects to smart things so I can get a notification if the doors are left open. I would recommend.

Really nice fridge. There are 2 shelves in the doors that are oddly placed so we haven’t used them. I’ve maker works great.

We really like this fridge! Lots of space in the refrigerator section; I love how organized I can be! The only downside for me is the freezer is smaller and less sections than I’m used to (with our previous side by side) but we have a garage freezer so it’s ok.

This refrigerator has been perfect for our household of 4. The counter depth is great for a sleeker look!

Took us a while to get the right fridge that was originally ordered. But for the most part satisfied. Does have some dents in it that we're not very pleased about.

Love all the space, especially the refrigerator section compared to my old one. Having two types of ice cubes pretty cool too. Also really like being able to see all of what is on the shelves and door storage. Highly recommend this model.

Working well so far, no issues. It initially didn’t fit in the space, provided I measured both the fridge and space it’s supposed to go in to. A little bit of maneuver and all’s well.

Originally ordered the version without handle however the door wasn't aligend and the installer didn't put in the adjustment ring at delivery. I had to called Best Buy to service the issue. Long story short. I ended up returned the fridge and ordered the version with handle. The fridge is great. No frills. Door alignment is finally good this time. Love the adjustable tray. The ice compartment feels slightly smaller than the LG fridge due to the large ice making module which took some space. It has WiFi function which the app will alert you when the doors are open for extended amount of time.

After operating with a fridge with only 10 cubic feet, this is a welcome upgrade. The double doors give easy access and the pull-out freezer has a lot of storage space.

The quality of the product is good. Even it was out of the box it look great and is working fine.
