This is my second Samsung fridge in only 3 years, the one before broke and after 3 GeekSquad visits, they could not fix it and ended up replacing it. We all know GeekSquad should not be in fridge repair business but that's a separate discussion! This new fridge, the WiFi does not work, you have to have your wireless router right on top of the fridge for the WiFi to work, I have an N router right next room but it gets only one bar and it keeps disconnecting. When I called Samsung, they said "I Should Have Read The Manual Before Buying This Fridge!!!" So save your money and stick the brands we know and that works for decades without any problems. Also, the inside of this fridge is designed so poorly you can hardly fit any large items. You really cannot fit a lot of food or beverages, you need everything in small bottles and small plates!

Where to begin....WiFi not working. Yes we have correct router. Was delivered today, we went and bought groceries as the temps were met correctly. The freezer door won't seal. Lucky for us it keeps temp down but have to wait two days for repair to be evaluated. What is with the ice making off button? Who's brilliant idea was to say we will give them a button that says off that must be off to make ice and on to turn off ice? Will update after BB visits.

In order to keep foods safe for consumption they need to be stored at 40 degrees F or below. We are on our 6th refrigerator all with the same issues of the main cabin (top section) not cooling when set to 34 F it cools 45 F average it will occassionally drop to 39 for a small amount of time but the average is about 44-46 F. They cannot seem to correct the problem and it looks like the model has issues if they bring out six and all have the same issue, I recommend you check the main compartment with a good digital thermometer in a glass of water to make sure your unit is cooling for safety issues.,

I have changed a second , it 's still see snow in freezer, because the freezer leaks air.

Ordering and delivery were perfect, installation was about an hour with the computer set-up. The refrigerator storage and assessibility are great. But, what good is it if the temperature can't be set? Samsung customer service would not send a repair person. So, best buy customer service is sending a replacement. I just hope it works!
