I've owned this model for 2 years and it has worked pretty well. Good amount of space to hold your groceries and other things. Deep drawer freezer makes it easier to store frozen items without a chance of things slipping out when you open the freezer door in other 2 door models. Water pitcher has worked wonders for us. We were pretty much out of options after trying multiple models of Brita water filters and pitchers. Our previous fridge had external water dispenser which always lead to water spillage and my toddlers added to the mess pressing various function buttons, dispensing ice etc. This fridge has auto-fill water pitcher interior and the ice dispenser in the freezer drawer. So no issues of mess.

This Refrigerator is Beautiful to the eye, fingerprint Resistant & can hold 2 gallons of milk in the door. It has a water pitcher built in & a ice tray in the pullout freezer drawer that can be turned off if you need more space in the freezer. It is a large capacity that can hold your every need. The delivery is done perfectly with a demo to answer all your questions. You can’t go wrong with this excellent Refrigerator. Best Buy gives you what you want with that Best Buy Excellence that they are known for.

It’s been a month and so far I’m still obsessed. I love the space and lighting and yes it is finger print free. (After an occasional a wipe down). Of course, obsessed with the auto water pitcher. So convenient for my young ones. We did learn that you have to leave the fridge open while filling your glass. Just an FYI. Otherwise I was pushing buttons left and right trying to get it to refill. Very suitable for my family of 5.

Best fridge I ever owned plenty of space, keeps food at the perfect temp I enjoy the water pitcher inside the fridge also. If I had to nit pick an issue the picture of water can leak when you pour water, the filters are a bit pricey, and it takes a minute for the ice bucket to fill up. Pretty solid overall.

My family has been using this for nearly one month now. Water pitcher works well and refills within 1 minute. The freezer works well, no ice buildup. Plenty of space for ANYTHING. Fridge works quietly; you can barely hear it. The fridge looks beautiful in stainless steel. My doors were balanced upon arrival and i didnt have to level anything. Amazing fridge and no cons so far. Great price as well.

This refrigerator is quiet, sleek, well designed, easily organized and accessible shelving on both doors. The two doors canhold up to 4 gallons of milk combined, numerous condiments, differing size shelves for easy storageof different items. The water pitcher IS AMAZING!!! Filtered water refills instantly!! The ice location is convenient,and leaves the space where needed INSIDE the fridge. LOVE IT….Ice production is More than sufficient for my family of 3. The bottom freezer is enormous, and we love to eat. Temps of refrigerator and freezer show in digital form inside door frame. No excess ice. Frozen solid. LOVE IT. BEAUTIFUL REFRIGERATOR, but easily scratched. Black stainless on FRONT ONLY. Sides other. Handsome fridge. Great bargain.

Just what we were looking for. Lots of room, love the water pitcher on the inside door, folks up right away after you empty it. I've machine in the freezer always full. Stainless steel doors are great, they always look clean.

The only problem I could think of is we cant keep it full. We upgraded for more space and love it. The pitcher was the main selling point for me and i have no regrets. Keeps the food at all of the correct temperature and have yet to run out of ice. If you are looking for more room you have found the right refrigerator.

The fridge is spacious, there is a lot of room to organize all the groceries, drinks and condiments. It's quiet and has excellent temperature control, worth the purchase.

Although new to this product (2 weeks of use), there are many features i am liking already: 1) easy install (fit right into current space and easy attachment of water line), 2) highly sleek and chic design, 3) loving the convenience of the autofill water pitcher, 4) tons of room in top and bottom sections.

I needed a new fridge because my old one wasn’t working anymore and shopped around before deciding on this one. I wanted something simple and sleek. This fridge is perfect. It is nice and big, fits a lot of food in the top and bottom. I like all the shelves and the drawers. It’s really easy to keep food organized. I especially like the water pitcher. It fills up on its own and so we always have fresh cold water to drink. My previous refrigerator had the water dispenser on the outside and I hated how it would drip and leave marks on my fridge, this is much better. Overall this refrigerator is a good option at a great price point.

We replaced a Samsung with this Samsung. Fingerprint resistant finish really is! Has an autofill water pitcher on the door that is so convenient. The ice maker makes ice quickly. In all honesty, I had to have the first new one replaced with another because the ice maker wasn't functioning. So far so good with the replacement. The only think is that I have cabinets above and the doors of the upper cabinets will not open fully. I did have Best Buy come out to measure so I guess this wasn't taken into consideration by me or the guy measuring. Just make sure about that if you order.

Coming from a side by side refrigerator this thing is a dream. So much more space. Not bulky. I love the stainless steel. It never gets finger prints.

perfect size, lots of space keeps everything at the right temperature

Replaced a 5yr old side by side Kenmore. We bought this one as there was limited stock availability at the time. Meaning no on the door water or ice dispenser like our old unit. Even with that not withstanding it is a great refrigerator. First time with a model of this type. Love the extra space on the shelves and the shelf space on the doors. It has small issues, the deli draw does not close straight and the left door sometimes closes rough when the seal does not reset itself properly. Will probably call geek squad to look at it. Everything stays cold and fresh. Fruits and vegetables stay fresher much longer in this than my old Kenmore. The freezer below took a little getting used to. Especially learning to pack it so it closes properly. Even though it is a bigger unit, it fit in the same spot as my old Kenmore

Wow! Is what I have to say this fridge is absolutely stunning and it’s so nice lots of room, the water pitcher is awesome! Bottom inside ice cube draw as well. We used to go to BIG box stores but the delivery were with horrible people they used. Best Buy using their own guys is like a breath of fresh air. Kyle the delivery and install guy unbelievable he took measurements of door ways etc, so not to have any damage they also inspected the entire fridge for any damage at all. It truly was the best service we have gotten. Getting done the right way from the get go is why Best Buy will know have our business. And the guys in appliances wow! Again we were in and out within 15 minutes. Love, love love my new Fridge.

Compared to the fridge with the same configuration it's replacing this one is roomy and gets so cold. The bottom freezer offers a lot of space and the ice maker doesn't let up even though we've been using it heavily. The top refrigerator is spacious and the shelves are easily removed and let you reconfigure to your liking. The doors have lots of space as well and I like the inclusion of a self refilling water pitcher. The controls are easy to understand and the original settings seem to work best from my experience. Feels solid and of good quality.

I love this refrigerator. I love that the icemaker is inside the freezer instead of the outside of the door. I also love that the water is inside. I love all of the drawers and the huge shelves on the doors. Fingerprints don't show very easy. It's very easy to keep clean. I also like that there is an alarm if you leave the doors open too long.

This review is for the delivery people who made a great effort to make things happen and get the huge fridge inside the house. 1st and foremost, they were very polite, kind and considerate. They asked if they can remove the front door so they can have more clearance getting in. 2nd, they never were arrogant nor pushy when they deliver the fridge. 3rd, very professional. A few weeks back, we purchased a 4 door 28.6 cu/ft LG fridge in Home Depot and the delivery guy was arrogant and pushy. Came to the house early as scheduled (10am instead of the 1-6pm, so no problem with even happy it came early). Young guy came knocking and I asked if he had any mask coz he didn't wear any so i can give him 1. He said he has one, so ok, next came inside the house measuring everything and said right away that i have to sign the paper just in case they'll scratch it when they bring inside the house and they'll not responsible for it. So, to make the story short, they left w/ the fridge and Home Depot lost a business and never going back in there for any appliances. By the way, we love the fridge. It has a lot of room and makes a lot of ice. Very happy with it so far...

This fridge is very large for a standard kitchen, but has been fantastic for our needs. We like that we can adjust the temperature controls easily and responsively, based on the digital thermostat. Our only complaints are that the water dispenser is inside the refrigerator, so you have to stand with the door open getting water, and the water filter is small so it needs frequent replacing. Otherwise it has worked great!
