Techwise, it's great to know you can view the contents of your fridge. Works great except for two things- handles are not as durable as you may think. A year in and they came off because of the plastic mold attached to the screw. Ice maker was good for a couple of months before the ice started melting and forming one large piece that was becoming an annoyance.

Great fridge and equal entertainment piece. The only negative feedback is when the icetray/catcher gets filled up you can hear some ice fall to lower shelf and/or under the fridge. Besides that everything else is great.

We've had this fridge for nearly 1 year. It scratches up soo easily revealing the shiny stainless steel underneath. I've contacted the manufacturer and the touch-up paint they have is in the color stratus gray that is way off and much lighter with specks of fine glitter. The paint is only a coat. I recommend the Bosch if black stainless is what you want. Bosch black color is mixed with their stainless steel so it's a solid black stainless piece. Samsung uses a coat that makes it impossible for normal consumers to repair.

Huge interior Fits everything we have with room to spare. On the fun side the Family Hub is amazing. Great to feature pics and videos and love streaming music while in kitchen. Great sound !

Great fridge, we like the Alexa smart view options but still are learning how to use all the features. There A LOT of features which is great

Love the fridge! Just hate that it came with a dent. I live in a small town so we had to pick up and set up on our own, so once we removed all packing and foam we saw the dent. It was disappointing, but too much to remove and take back. Too much money spent to receive it damaged when brand new.

I see there is issue with left door. Otherwise it’s been running perfectly

Ice maker stop producing ice and this is not up to 6 month of purchase after a tech guy already fix it

My husband and I wanted different refrigerators. He wanted the ice maker in the bottom thinking it would produce more ice and would leave extra space in the door. I wanted water and ice in the door. We went with the one he suggested. SO glad we did! Th ice maker produces more ice than we can use. There’s so much more room since the ice maker doesn’t take up space inside the fridge. The front is very sleek and beautiful, and no extra cleaning or water on the floor. No issues with the screen. Love having music and recipes on a screen while preparing meals. So many more things we can do with the hub that we haven’t used yet. Well worth the cost, for sure. Couldn’t decide on color. We have white shaker cabinets and went with black stainless. Perfect! Looks even better than expected.

This is a very nice refrigerator. The style and color are great! My wife loves the interactive screen for looking up recipes, playing music, etc. that connects through your WiFi. There is even a camera to see what's inside your frig. I feel overall it has more storage room than my previous LG frig which we had for about 15 years. I didn't need the door ice or water dispenser. It does have the auto ice maker contained inside. The only issue I have with this frig is the ice maker. I think the ice cube drawer holder could have been designed better. Almost every time I open the freezer drawer, ice cubes fall out of the storage bin into the freezer drawer and sometimes even behind the drawer and out the bottom of the refrigerator. There should have been more thought and design put in to creating a better ice cube storage drawer. It was a bit expensive. But overall, I do like this frig.

Works great!! Haven't had any issues at all! Lots of storage and easy to clean.

My kids love family hub and Alexa. More spacious than previous ones.

Its been fantastic for us very good and more love i hope they always have a way to fix this they need to keep making this item its very easy to handle smart picks up on bad weather reboots all the time. The only thing when they delivers brought it to me my bottom door was cracked. But so far it's ok .

Fell for the gimmick of having a screen thinking I'd use it all the time and literally never use it. That being said I'm very pleased with the unit overall. Will never understand omitting the water dispenser.

It's great except I thought it have a water dispenser since it has the water connection in the back but it ended up ice only other than than it's amazing

We purchased two of these refrigerators to use at our childcare facility and they are wonderful. Delivery was so easy and set up was wonderful. These are made well and we very pleased with the purchase. They are so large lots of space in these refridgerators.
