nice unit functions as it should...good ice output no functional issues. the door handles are round which makes them a bit larger..other fridges have an oval or similar shape which is more comfortable ...the doors have a spring loaded close asist which makes the door harder to close until the door closes past the peak of a cam hooked to the spring...too much spring..other designs use a gravity asist. reasonable quiet and the actual temp is displayed ...not the set temp as others show....a keeper so to speak

A great product so far. Way different than prior side by side. Only negative is ice maker. Cubes are smaller and crushed is slow to dispense vs prior JennAir model. I know, a 1st world problem.

Great refrigerator. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a replacement or upgrade.

Our refrigerator went out two days before Christmas!! Not a good time. Went right to Best Buy and purchased this unit. Got it in on Christmas Eve. So far we are very happy with it. I love the extra drawer. Great for keeping things you access often!

The middle drawer's dividers are clumsy, small icemaker, would have liked 2 freezer drawers, but it's cold, easy to change settings, quiet, pretty, roomy, easy to clean.

Good product with great space and sleek look. I would purchase again.

We bought this good looking refrigerator a month back. It was amazing until last week, when it suddenly started making loud noise every once in a while (once every 1-2 hrs). Its as if a big box fell from 10 ft. It has woken up almost every night...very annoying. Our guests were shocked/surprised too...not sure if the problem is with this particular item or the model itself.

I'm very happy with this refrigerator and would recommend it to family and friends.

This Samsung refrigerator has exceeded our expectations. It is quiet, energy efficient, incredibly spacious, and the added features make it a great addition to our kitchen. One of the nicest features is the center drawer where the flexibility of storage is amazing.

We added this to our new break room during our office expansion. This refrigerator has tons of room and stays nice and cold and is very quiet. I would purchase this for my home, as well, if I was in the market. Awesome value for the money!

So far so good. Picked it up from Bestbuy as we had good deal, got it on sale. We've had it for 5 weeks now, simple to set up and operate. No problems with the ice maker or any so far, noise is very minimal and lot better than the previous one.
