The water dispenser leaks after being used. But the refrigerator itself is beautiful. We had to wait for delivery so we have only had it for a couple of weeks even though we bought it in the beginning of July.

This is our first stainless steel fridge with built in water & ice. It has more than enough storage space. The lift up shelf next to the ice maker makes it perfect for large soda bottles. The delivery & install team were phenomenal.

I was unsure if I should purchase a refrigerator from Samsung, I know they have great electronics but a major appliance made me we weary. I was so glad I did. The technology is amazing. Lots of space. Adjustable shelving.

So far so good,no complains The sales person have knowledge about the product and everything he explain to me was on the money,this Samsung refrigerator is the perfect fot for my household

Fridge works great. A bit smaller than I thought it would be and the ice maker in the unit feeding into the door makes great ice but takes up a lot of space. For the price point its a great fridge.

Very satisfied with this new refrigerator. Also, the service getting it delivered and installed was fantastic. It was delivered within 3 days of ordering 6 days before Christmas.

Very happy with the purchase. It looks great and works great. Had to reset the ice machine once since it didnt automatically start when plugged in, but other than that, very happy with the purchase

First upgrade to a modern fridge and for the price, I couldn’t be happier. I love the thermometer it has and the warning alarm to close it when it’s been open too long. It keeps my food really cold. Great refrigerator

This Samsung refrigerator looks great and is is very functional. Seems to be made of good quality and I have purchased one similar to it in the past. I would make the same purchase again if I needed another refrigerator.

Overall very satisfied however the ice maker seems to come unseated during use causing it to stop making ice until I manually push it back into place

So far so good! Like the style and the size and the price was very good. Chose the extended warranty to be hassle free for 5 years. Will see how that works out.

Does not always dispense quickly or smoothly Water squirts over glass at times Actually there also is no closed space for the butter dish nor eggs

doors don"t open all the way ,won't hook up to samsung smart things app,can't turn ice maker off as per instructions

We love our new refrigerator. It was long overdue for our house. We have some much space to utilize now than our previous refrigerator. We have not had any issues with it.

We are four weeks into ownership and so far no problems have surfaced. The door surfaces and handles are easy to clean as is the interior where we've had a couple of small mishaps that cleaned right up. All of the door shelves are very sturdy though some are oddly shaped but that is due to the water/ice dispener in the door rather than poor use of the space. The freezer drawers slide smoothly even after we loaded them up. This was one of our concerns because we keep a pretty well-stocked freezer. Pro tip: run the water through right away because that will help get the ice maker into production a little bit quicker since it will not have to purge the lines of as much air.

Love this refrigerator. Color matches my cabinets. Many books and crannies inside the doors for storage. Organization of the sleeves. Not great for large drinks that cannot be put on its side.

We are happy with our Samsung so far. A lot of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. My husband loves the ice because it’s soft and he loves to chew ice. It looks nice in the kitchen.

Great refrigerator so far. The only complication is the water filter changing. Size is perfect and freezer seperator is great, water and ice.

We upgraded for something bigger and needed a ice/water dispenser, this fridge has been so awesome! Plenty of space to fit everything and love the adjustable shelves!

Horrible haunted door creaking sound coming from freezer drawer after less than a month of use, just in time for Halloween. Ice Maker is very slow compared to my previous refrigerator, makes the noise almost as if it's out of ice (checked, makes ice ok) but for some reason a long delay and sometimes drips water. Door adjustments: had a nightmare getting this fridge delivered by bestbuy, damaged, fridge, wall and floor. After they left i noticed the doors were uneven, after looking online for a way to adjust i saw tutorial using Alan key however when i tried there was no adjustment screw, after reading through the manual it turns out this model comes with small plastic clips you need to manually lift the door and slide as many in place it takes to get the doors even. App, so there's an app you can install on your phone which coukd actually be very useful, but for some reason they don't allow you to see the most important bit of information on the phone app, which is the CURRENT temperature. They allow you to see if the fridge door is open or closed which is kinda useful, however it only lets you change the SET temperature on the app, NOT see what the current temperature is, so if you're away from home and want to look in on your fridge and see if there might be an issue with it getting warmer, can't do that, but if you're away from home and feel the need to move its set temperature on a whim, the app has you covered. This fridge looks great but otherwise very disappointing, even without the dents
