We are so happy we purchase this Samsung! it has great features. We always had side by sides in the past and was hesitant to purchase a french door however, this has been the best decision ever made for space we bbq and have platter size item's now refrigerating is easy! and more room in the freezer with easy access. love the settings for fridge and freezer and this model is connected to wifi which is a cool option to monitor and change setting on the go. we originally we're looking at a Whirpool but Samsung has appealing features and 10 yr warranty on the compressor. overall no buyers regrets and very very happy with our new Samsung. and can get this one in white for no extra cost from bestbuy. Food is lasting way longer! Our side by side GE was way over due to replace we got 20 years out of it but looking back we wasted alot of food produce would not last as long.

Product arrived damaged! After waiting (3) months for the delivery of the refrigerator upon removing the crate it was found that the front of the fridge was severely dented. This did not happen without someone knowing it. The product was loaded and shipped anyway. Extremely disappointing. Now we are waiting another (8) weeks for the replacement of this damaged refrigerator.

This Samsung is a nice, large refrigerator. You can set it to different temperatures and has a fast freeze/cool function. It is quiet and has an attractive design. It is way to move once installed. The only downside for me is that the ice maker assembly in the upper left of the refrigerator takes away a lot of space from the door bins and makes the useable refrigerator space much less than I expected. The fact that you can adjust the shelving helps but you still have less space. We don’t use the ice maker much so it’s just lost space for us. Otherwise it works great. The freezer compartment is quite roomy.

Took 9 months to get delivery of this refrigerator. It had to be the second choice as there was no end in sight for the KitchenAid in white. Apparently a rare color these day. So far so good after just a few days operating. Very quiet. Ice maker makes cubes swiftly but the are cloudy from the same water source cubes were clear with our old LG. No butter keeper.

I think we gained more refrigerator space but lost some freezer space by getting this model. It is nice and quiet and keeps food really cool. The white color is more of an off-white though. Samsung. What more can one say? They make great products. We'll get used to using this fridge even though its layout is much different than our 2004 Whirlpool (that was still working, but the seal was not the greatest). I expect this to last.

It's a good size and has an ice maker that is working so far. I got the extended warranty as Samsung has reputation of having ice maker problems. I would say the only drawback on this refrigerator is the shelves on the door. Some of them are very narrow so you can only store very very small bottles. I had a refrigerator like this only 26 cu ft purchased 5 yrs ago and the shelves on the door were a little larger than these, especially the milk bin on the right. Oh well, I had to adjust. I love the freezer. it's nice and large and with the drawer on top, you can really see what you have.

I bought this fridge in 1/26/21 and was delivered on 4/29/21 and the ice maker broke about a month ago 12/1/23 and they want to charge me to come out and fix it! Don’t buy this fridge or Samsung bc it is crap.

Actually enjoying this fridge. Very roomy. I do miss the front storage of the vegetable fruit drawers that my Kenmore had. However, the cool select drawer for deli affords more room for those items. The taller water/ice cube dispenser is a plus. The ice cubes are a bit too wet, though. Would really have given this a 4.5, but there are no 1/2 stars.

Love the lighting in the refrigerator and freezer. Even the water and ice dispenser have a low light for nighttime use. Ice maker is a little loud, but pleasantly surprised at how fast it makes ice. Overall, I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a French door style unit.

I'm a heavy ice/water user, so i was on the fence getting an external dispenser vs an internal tray in the freezer. Family voted for the door unit. The time to fill a glass with ice and the trickle of water has me dumping the ice into a tray in the freezer so i can quickly scoop what i want and go to the sink for water. I've seen fast ice/water dispensers. This ain't it. On a positive note, it does seem to produce an adequate amount of ice...And, it is a nice fridge.

Finding a white refrigerator that met our needs was a challenge. So far this has been great, but Samsung’s are known for ice dispensers freezing over so will be keeping a close eye on it. While this was back ordered and we had to wait 3+ weeks for it, it was delivered on time with no issues.

Lots of space! We are a family of 7 and it is big enough to hold all that we need! Even better thang the space is when left open by a child it dings to tell you it’s open! So thankful for that feature.

I bought this refrigerator as a house warming gift for my son. He has had zero trouble with it. Replacement filters are very pricey so he gets them on Amazon.

This is the best purchase. Love the deep shelves. The lighting is wonderful. The noise from the ice maker could use some work. Overall the best purchase this year

We bought this model and we are happy with it so far. It looks great but it feels a little smaller than 26 cu-ft. old refrigerator. Delivery and service people were great. I hope it will last more than 10 yrs..

So far so good, this replaces my other Samsung that made too much noise.

Love this refrigerator, ice on the door, water on the door, and freezer in the bottom. What more could you ask for.

This is a great refrigerator. We don't have the water hooked up yet but so far, we are quite satisfied with our purchase.

We like the refrigerator but it is missing the door shelf in the freezer and we can’t get anyone to rectify this.
