Fantastic Product or else I wouldn't get it again.

Looking for a side by side fridge was not easy. Other stores didn't have them to view. Other stores said that "no one buys them, you should get this one" well, I didn't want "that one". Went to best buy. They had the fridge I was looking for on display as well as other options... I picked the Samsung due to the price and it had the features I wanted... And not all the stuff I would never use. There is tons of room in the unit I picked and so far it has been a joy to own. The unit I had before had a bottom freezer... you had to stack everything on top of each other and get on your hands and knees to dig stuff out. Delivery was very easy. The guys who came to install it were awesome!

I've not had it for long but it works great so far with its awesome refrigerating power which dwarfs the last one I needed to replace even when that old thing back was back in its prime. All in all it's a just a nice fridge, the storage space and cleanliness of the design is fitting for most interiors I could think of, the ice maker works well, the freezer is freezing, and the fridge is fridging. The guys who installed it had an easier time getting it both into and together in my house than they did with the old one as well which might benefit some looking for a quick installation.

i had a problem with the settings. after the delivery men turn on and stated that the alarm would reset after one hour. the problem continued for the weekend. i then called for a factory serviceman , and was quoted one to two weeks before service would be sent. I was called the next day, by some one from best buy to stop and see what the problem was, He was in less than 10 mins, fixed the door wiring corrected the problem.

We wanted to stay loyal to the Samsung brand since we've always been very happy with their products. Our previous Samsung refridgerator was almost nineteen years old and never had a single problem with it. When I saw this side by side model, I immediately liked the design. The stainless steel exterior is attractive with clean lines. The interior is very spacious in both the freezer and the refridgerator. It's well lit and very easy to view the contents. The shelves are quite deep and perfectly spaced for our needs. I wouldn't change anything about it.

I love love love my refrigerator! This is the best refrigerator I've ever had! This side by side refrigerator has so much room and it has very clean lines. It looks so amazing it looks brand new and I've had it for about a year and a half now. Very easy to keep clean! Both inside and outside it's very easy to keep clean. The glass shelves look really great. And the lighting is tremendous and the temperatures work perfectly everything about this refrigerator is perfect. I am so happy I made this purchase.

Bought this refrigerator as an open box and it is perfect for my needs. The added smart options with this weren’t what I was looking for, but it is nice to have.

The size, style are just what we need as a family. It is priced good and looks nice. The drawrs in both the freeze and fridge are great.

The refrigerator presents very nicely. And I really like the interior lighting when the door(s) are open. Plenty of room inside and I do like that the in-door shelve all hold gallon jugs!!! Cons - I didn't think I'd miss it, but there's no butter storage. It's just shelves. We'll probably put a basket in one of the door shelves to hold the little things we used to put in the butter storage. There's no drawer for sandwich meat & cheese. Just the 2 drawers at the very bottom and the very bottom drawer is deep, but pretty small. So you can fill it with stuff, but you'll be digging around looking for what you want. The ice-maker is pretty slow and there is a limited (small) capacity for stored ice. We bought ice bins and put them in the top shelf so that we have plenty of ice on hand. So there are some cons, but there are also very inexpensive solutions. Overall, I'd definitely buy this refrigerator, again

Sales person was very helpful he found out what I needed on my refrigerator and showed me everything and how everything work.

I am enjoying this item. It was a wonderful give from my children. Enjoying the icemaker also. No more using ice trays.

I love the fridge but it is a bit HUGE. When I measured the space I had thought it would fit just fine but when opening the right door it wouldn't open all the way. Had to cut the wall. The fridge is nice and big and I love it more everyday! Thanks HD, y'all delivered again for us!

Awesome fridge for my garage. It has a great capacity and looks so sleek. It actually hold more food than my current French door with middle compartment drawer. My old one does not hold tall items very well like gallon milk jugs and need to put on door, any just about any containers taller than 7 inches. This new one holds items that are tall on any shelf. Also the freezer is massive.
