    I still need help with adjusting this monitor. I turn it on and 1/3rd of the time it turns on a lavender color. I then have to turn the screen off and then on again and it works fine. I think it may either have a glitch or need some adjustment.

    Upgraded from my trusty 11 yr old HP LED 1080p....amazing the difference. About same dimensions as my 27" HP was, fit in my desk perfectly. Plugged into display port, Windows11 recognized and set resolution. Very happy and when on sale it's a true bargain.

    Sub par picture quality and brightness

    I was not a fan, the screen was very dim, the UI was awful, picture quality is sub par for a 4k monitor, switched to an lg that I am much happier with.

    Almost $400 and i dont recommend it. This monitors is like stepping back in time. No remote, no sound(has aux), just a plain 2k monitor sold as 4k because the employees over at bestbuy dont really understand the difference between native 4k and uhd which is 2k.. dont be fouls. I bought this knowing it was it was 2k even though the box says 4k but you can do your own research..

    Do not buy this monitor if you want to mount it on a monitor arm. After it not fitting my standard monitor arm because of the curved back, I looked high and low for a converter or some other option and it will not fit as a mounted monitor. I even worked with Best Buy chat to try and find an arm that would mount this, and we couldn't. Now I am past my return window with Best Buy and they wont help me. This is the worst purchase and I'm highly disappointed with how best buy handled this customer service as well.

    Was unable to mount due to design flaw. The top holes are recessed within the circle pattern shown on the monitor, making it incompatible without spacers. Could be avoided by lowering the mounting holes about 1/4" or including spacers. Not worth my time to fix, returned and moved on to another product.

    Returned it had black vertical lines on dark colors. Other than that it’s well built. It was stuck at 59 hertz. Maybe I also got a bad one I don’t know I used display port.

    Terrible monitor! DO NOT BUY, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY. WAYYYY too dark and there's no setting to change it (yes brightness is turned all the way) . No built in speakers (really....wow) control panel is terribly designed and black colors on the tv seem to change randomly. Do yourself a favor and skip this

    This only has 39 HZ on the refresh data and my microsoft has 60 I could not figure out why my mouse gave me wiggles and never got to point directly after calling GEEK Squad etc Great guy came here MIKE figure it out Had to return it

    Was 5 now 1. After a year of absolutely loving this monitor, it started flickering. I changed cords. I switched it out with another monitor to check that the cable and card were properly worked and traced it back to the monitor itself. Since it's a few months outside of warranty, SAMSUNG won't do anything except sending for repair that will cost me. As prices for similar monitors are relatively cheap, I'm buying something else now. with the 10 other SAMSUNG devices I have, I would have thought i'd be special.. but no.

    Still serving strong while entering 3rd year of use, perfect display. Though it needed a visit to the servicing center due to a malfunctioning joystick control. That happened right after expiration of warranty, sadly.
