HORRIBLE. Monitor randomly blanks out. When it comes back on line, the display is not correct. The windows bar is blank and you can't switch programs without using alt tab. It'll be fine for a while then it starts. Usually when I'm in the middle of a meeting. You have to unplug it and reboot the computer to get it to work correctly. I hook the same laptop up to 3 other monitors and do not have this problem. When I first got it, I thought it might be my computer. But since it's ONLY happening on this monitor, I went on line to look at reviews. Guess what, it's the monitor and a known problem for this monitor.
It also has the single worst interface they could create.

Not enough settings, using as a second monitor to my iMac and can’t get it calibrated to match my iMac monitor exactly. This is not good for photography processing. Overall, the size for the price was the best value—especially open-box.

The monitor broke easilt during attempted travel, while a similar monitor remained intact. I cant find a replacement screen online to dix my problem either.

The magicbright function didn't work at all. Samsung support tried to tell me that it wasn't offered on this model even though their product page said it was. The brightness just wasn't enough without it. I ended up returning it for a different brand.

It's a good monitor but the joystick control failed after an year when it was out of warranty. There's only one joystick control for every monitor control.
I am able to change brightness and other display settings but changing input doesn't work.
When searched online, that is the most common issue with these monitors.
Hope Samsung fixes that, but for now, I can't use monitors unless I plug out inputs to switch between them.

This monitor sucks in my opinion. It has some major back glow problems. I upgraded to the 32 in Samsung version. I spent an extra 100 dollar plus - but it was well worth it. It had no glow and darks were beautiful.

bad experience on product quality, BBY experience

After 20 days of use, wake up and found out monitor stuck in power saving mode, spent a few hours with Samsung support and could not fix the issue, have to ship back to them. Also found out BBY changed their return policy, now it's 15 days.
The reason I bought from local store is to support them. Now I guess I will just buy online.
Overall bad experience from product quality to store return experience

Image is good BUT
If you wall mount, the mounting on back is just for 75. Most wall mounts have 75-100 so ithe bracket wont fit on back. Super weak. You can still put it on but it will be at a slight angle.
