Samsung has disappointed me with quality

Samsung has given me a headache doing the warranty. Then they sent me one back with more damage. I’m torn because now I have to either keep them or replace all 3. I should have stayed with Dell.

Wanted to love it, returned it

I wanted to love this monitor, but it has very poor color accuracy, poor HDR performance, poor brightness and poor shadow detail. I have a $125 HP monitor that performs better with shadow detail and color accuracy. The only place this monitor beats it, is in the ability to play 4k. Even in that department, its not great, just okay. Buy something else.

The button could not work.

Could Be Better?

I paid for a new Samsung and paid the price of a new one. When I got home, there is a big fat red sticker with open box on it snd it’s missing all of the documents, warranties, instructions, etc. What on Earth? I want a new one, not one that you slapped together and had fingerprints all over the screen.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this monitor for school. it works well and eye saver mode is great for long days Was not planning to game on it, but saw that it had game mode so i decided to try it out. the main issue: Game Mode does not work when HDR is on, so in order for game mode to work you must first turn off HDR in PS5 settings. Other than that, I like the monitor but unless this issue is fixed I wont change to 5 stars because I saw others having the same issue and it took me a while to figure this out.

Buy only If you are going to use a VESA mount

IMO the display kind look bleak as well but its fine to use, but the stand has major issues.

Missing in Muncie

However, I can comment on a delivery service which has thieves working for them. BB should stick to the big boys for delivery and stop trying to save a buck using ‘rental’ delivery services.

The HDMI ports are difficult
