Bought this monitor to use with my macbook 14in m1 max. It is perfect! I got a FHD monitor and had to return it because the text was too fuzzy, but the display quality on this is great. Text is crisp, colors are good for my purposes and no lag. Display quality is similar enough to my macbook that I can work on it all day and it doesn't hurt my eyes. I only use this for work-related stuff (grad student) and not really editing or gaming or watching a ton of video. For those purposes its perferct and I havent noticed any issues.

I received the product within one day rom Best Buy and it came in good shape. Installation is easy if using the stand came in the box. To mount on a standard sized plate or arm of a wall mount would be a problem as the mounting holes are in a small round recessed area that most mounting plate or arms won't fit into. Other than this design fraud, the monitor has excellent quality of the picture, easy on the eyes and should provide good service.

This screen is brilliant, looks great, and is very sharp. The price is quite amazing as well. One thing I have to knock is that a DisplayPort cable is not included. I getting very choppy mouse movement because HDMI only supports up to 30hz in 4k. Just a bad first impression. I can imagine a non tech person being irritated with this and not knowing why. Include an DisplayPort cable please! Other than that, I recommend this product. Just buy a DP cable when picking this up.

As with any monitor in this price range, HDR is not insane but it is much better than SDR with a nice warm and vibrant tone. This monitor has been nothing but great and my only want from it is a higher refresh rate. Monitor is a little on the heavier side so if mounting, make sure the mount is fit to fit heavier monitors.

Packing was good and all parts were there. We receiced a defective one, it ain’t displaying anything after connections.

I love it. Super easy to set up and images look great. I use it for video editing and it's perfect.

This is a super nice 4k 28inch monitor by Samsung. Believe me, Ive been thru my fair share of crap monitors over the years and i can honestly say their's no substitute for a quality Samsung product in just my own personal opinion. I've literally never been disappointed or felt ripped off with purchasing Samsung. I have absolutely no complaints for this model just endless positive comments, but i won't. I do however have something to say about Best Buys product description in the dimensions specifications add concerning this exact model. Its definitely not 6.9 inches height without the stand, that would make it the most ridiculous and useless monitor in existence so please be advised. I've already sent a message to Best Buy about there mistake three times but for some reasons they keep dismissing or refuse to correct their mistakes so please keep this in mind.

Nice image, but that's about the only positive. HDR is mostly useless and I don't see any differences with FreeSync enabled/disabled. Unfortunately, this monitor, like all Samsung tvs and monitors I have owned, is SUPER SLOW at detecting devices, switching inputs, or doing anything in the menu system. 75 percent of the time I start my computer, the monitor needs to be manually switched on/off, or cycled back to the correct input. 50 percent of interactions with the menu button are ignored. All too often, by the time I get the monitor to react, my computer has gone back to sleep. This is just as bad as my 10 year old Samsung tv and worse than my previous 15 year old Samsung monitor. Perhaps more annoying is the monitor does not sit level. The left side is over 1/8 of an inch lower than the right. The included stand doesn't have an adjustment in that direction so the best I can do is to remove the rubber pads from the right side foot. Even then, it's still slightly slanted. This monitor has been an ongoing exercise in frustration. But you know what doesn't have this issue? My 10+ year old $150 LG monitor. So much for "upgrading" I guess.

Overall this monitor has exceeded my expectations. It may not have the absolute best stats, but for those that are not screen nerds you're not going to care. Picture quality is great and it has been equally good for PC work as well as gaming. Response times for gaming are just fine, everything from FPS, racing, etc. One thing to know ahead of time is that it's not HDCP compliant, so while you can enjoy 4k Xbox games you're not going to be able to watch 4k Netflix on this monitor. But, most people aren't going to care, and at this entry-level price this monitor delivers. I don't love the nub control on this monitor, so it does get docked one star on ease of use. Otherwise no complaints.

TL;DR: Very vivid colours and absolutely stunning graphics. Can take an already beautiful image and make your jaw drops with the range of colours. Only has a slight problem with "phantom programs" with very bright/white windows but is easily ignore-able. Absolutely worth the cost FULL REVIEW: When I got this monitor 4 years ago, I was afraid I wouldn't like it, especially for the price, and bought an additional monitor just in case to replace this... Little did I know, I would absolutely fall in love with this monitor and keep it as my main monitor. I mostly use it for gaming and some minor photoshopping and this monitor is perfect for it. The colours are very vivid and absolutely stunning. The only problem I've had with this monitor over the years is it definitely likes to leave a "ghost" of brightly coloured windows occasionally, even when the program hasn't been left open for long. It doesn't happen too often and can be easily ignored but it can definitely worry you that you've burnt an image into the screen. I've noticed as well sometimes it likes to flicker off every few hours. I'm more than likely blaming this on Windows 10 though as since I've upgraded to Windows 11 a few months back, it hasn't seemed to happen at all anymore.

Picture quality is incredible. But the cable connection space leaves a lot to be desired. Hook your HDMI/DP up first before mounting the monitor to your stand. Also the VESA connection point is way too high on the back. For both of these monitors I had to place wooden blocks and bathroom tiles at the base of the mount in order to bring the monitors to eye level. Finally I bought two of these and for this second one the VESA screw holes stripped out. All four of them wouldn't allow the screws to tighten all the way. I grabbed some pliers and got them maybe an eighth of an inch from tightening but they all just 'spun' in place from there.

Great display. Two inconveniences: the blue light does not turn off unless you turn off the monitor or unplug it. Also the mounting location on the back of the monitor is high relative to other monitors so you lose some height if you are trying to put it on a monitor arm. Other than those two things, would recommend! Beautiful display!

just for a little used bedroom. the size was the big thing. for it size it is great. for the price could not ask for more.

Great monitor, very sharp display and suitable for productivity and 60 hz single player games.

I bought this to pair with a new Mac Mini. It's a great size for working on documents (or several browser windows at once). Text is crisp, even with the eye save mode on (which is much appreciated). Good value so far.

Purchased this item over 3 years ago, but wanted to circle back around and write a review. I bought this monitor so I had a good 4k display for my Xbox One X (and now Series X) and it has been amazing. Well worth the money. The biggest reason I wanted to come back on here and write a review was because this monitor has survived multiple moves and tonight my cat knocked it off my desk hitting multiple things on the way down as well as knocking the screen from the case. After sitting with it for a while I got the screen put back into the case plugged it all back in and it worked as if nothing happened. I have had monitors that have broken just by looking at them wrong, if you need a monitor that will withstand some beatings due to pets/kids/moving, this is the one for you.
