Pros: water pitcher is my favorite thing about the fridge Cons: stainless dents extremely easy. Had my last fridge for 10 years and no dents in it. I’ve had this about 9 months and so many dents. Just bumping it slightly will leave a giant dent. Definitely not fingerprint resistant. I have to clean it multiple times per day so it doesn’t look awful. The hidden handles are low so most people close it by just pushing the door closed and it quickly gets nasty. The touchscreen is not user friendly and was a nice gimmick for a couple weeks and now nobody uses it The small ice cubes are not anything like the nugget ice. The ice overflows from the trays and falls to the second shelf and freeze and nearly impossible to remove. Wish I could return it. Very expensive fridge and I definitely regret my purchase.

Great refrigerator. We had the first generation of this 4 door fridge. The icemaker was an issue. They fixed the problem with this one. We use the 3 zones for cooling. The fourth one for the freezer and ice.

Two years now and still working like new, highly recommended. Best fridge I ever have.!

I've had this fridge since July and I really wanted to like it. Our last Samsung fridge was amazing and we loved it. One of the biggest features of this fridge is the family hub device, which we were pretty interested in at first. Android on my fridge? I thought of a number of great uses. I was surprised by how stripped down the actual OS is. Hardly any apps work on it and those that do are painful to get working. The samsung app ecosystem is horribly built, so even something simple like synchronizing your shopping list to your device will be much more painful than it should be. One of the doors always closes on its own, but only one of the four. No matter what we've done to ensure it's balanced correctly by changing the feet at the bottom, it will always automatically close. So if you're trying to do things in the fridge, it will constantly hit you. Another thing I've grown to severely dislike is the manual ice. It wasn't a big deal at first, but the ice makers are just garbage. It will freeze up all the ice in the drawers frequently, so they're all stuck together and unusable, or the ice will actually fall to the shelf below the ice trays, so it makes a mess. I've never been so disappointed with a fridge in my life. At this point, I'd prefer a fridge that does just one thing well, instead of a fridge that does nothing well.

Love this fridge. It’s pretty, fits a lot of items and love the flex zone that we use for beverages. Freezer may be too small for some but we have a chest freezer so it works for us.

Awesome fridge with lots of features. The screen lets you watch TV and take notes and do all sorts of things. Black stainless steel just stands out really well.

The fridge is beautiful and fits our space perfectly. Having the option between 3 fridge areas and 1 freezer or 2 and 2 fits our needs perfectly!

Lots of options with this fridge works extremely well convenient and functional and has all the technology you could ever imagine fully integrated for the rest of my devices in the house

Love the four doors because I like to keep things seperated per food selection. Also Love that I can play my music or get recipes while in the kitchen.

Love it! Looks good. Love all the features. Family hub is good, but great as it’s glitchy and has had a few errors. Storage capacity and shelving could be better or have better options

After years of pondering the investment of a smart fridge we finally did it and it is awesome. Lots of space and so much tech. Love the water being inside the door and Icemaker below.

Love the style. My granddaughters luv it, because they and listen to music. They haven’t watched movies yet, plus they think papa’s cool now. Lol.

Loving the new refrigerator!! Tons of space, a dual ice maker for large and small chips, and the flex compartment is super nice to have!

Happy so far, duel function freezer/fridge comes in handy when u need room for either frozen or cold storage…kids can easily help themselves to drinks/freezies.

So far, so good after a month of ownership. It’s a beautiful refrigerator, and has excellent features. Fingers crossed that it doesn’t crap out after four years like our previous Samsung refrigerator. God forbid I have to deal with Samsung’s horrible customer service ever again. Perhaps I’m a masochist for buying another Samsung appliance after the abhorrent experience I had. Honestly, if you are considering buying a refrigerator, do yourself a favor and review all the makes/models before you buy a Samsung. Perhaps the quality is similar between all the brands these days, but maybe the customer service is better with one brand over another. I can assure you that Samsung’s customer service is awful.

One of the best fridges out right now I love everything about it the space and the screen plus the speaker if you have a family this is the fridge for you

Works great for 20 of room so many options love the touchscreen speaker could be a little bit better but that’s no big deal
