I'm very satisfied. The sound quality, to me, fits my needs for my space. Set up was easy and the Bluetooth synced perfectly with my Samsung TV. I also find the controller easy to use.

The TV is a Sony, so only the Samsung remote that came with the soundbar will control the volume, whilst the Sony remote is needed to control the channels (our only complaint). Aside from that, the sound is great with simple music channels eliminating the need for a stereo or iPod in the house. Sports channels, movies and concerts would sound better with a surround sound system if you want to deal with all the extra speakers & wires. But we like the clean look of just a soundbar and subwoofer, and feel the sound is "good enough". Ps. don't forget to configure how you want the base, treble and subwoofer to sound. You probably won't like the factory settings.

Sound is good. Lacks bass from the subwoofer. Very disappointing. It sounds good at really loud volumes but at average volume its mediocre.

Pros: great sound for the money, I had the 2.1 and upgraded to this 3.1 surround sound. Night and day difference. Cons: Bluetooth does not have the greatest range, recommend an aux cord.

I bought it because I need an upgrade from a Samsung blueray home theater being older and not able to update any longer and for some reason not being able to play pandora any more. At the BB store sounded great maybe they had it connected to some else but it sound it amazing . At home sounds very good but not as I expected. Definitely watching tv and listening to music is great and enjoyable now and actually better than the all the messy wires from the old HT and that subwoofer rocks hard. Wireless sub with no problem whatsoever easy connection to tv,blue ray and bluetooth thru the phone. So far so good but could be better on the actual sound bar.

I wanted something that worked with my TV that didn't require additional set-up. So this system worked great and was very, very easy to set-up. Now there's always great sound.

I bought one of these for my son for Christmas. It sounded so good I bought one for myself. Great sound, super easy to set up. The surround speakers were a great addition also.

Bought this with my new LED TV purchase on Black Friday because the sound quality was not going to be there with the purchase nor was it present with my old LCD TV. I did some extensive research between Yamaha, Bose, etc. and decided a soundbar was going to be sufficient for my needs (family room application) and I didn't want to go with surround sound (either wired or wireless based on cost or installing). Settled on this Samsung unit and couldn't be happier. Great sound for my applications (movies, sports, etc.). You can bluetooth your music from your phone which is nice. No issues as of yet and I didn't break the bank buying it.

Easy to install...great sound! This is a great, inexoebsive way to get really good sound. I would recommend this sound bar to anyone looking to get the most bang for your buck.

This soundbar has great sound and quality. Best value! Bought extra speakers for surround sound and they gave us a deal that we didn't even know was available. Love Best Buy!

At this price point it's a quality product. 3.1 Chanel true center speaker. Won't blow you away with bass but nice clear clean sound that syncs flawlessly with the Samsung HDTV

This sound bar is excellent for my use. If you need to fill large with booming sound this is not for you. For the small I have it in it is great and surpassed my expectations.

Easy set up and the sound quality is amazing. I notice though the voice sometimes doesn't match up to the tv when people are talking but I'm sure that's my fault with my tv.

We purchased the Bose solo 15 series II a week before from another retailer. We came into Bestbuy for another reason and my wife suggested we look at what they had. Glad we did as the HW-K550 sound is so much better. I want to mention I wanted this for my music (blutooth) mainly. But I will say this we watched Guardian of the Angels again because our grandson loves this movie and for the first time we could understand what the boys dieing mother said just before she died. All I can say is don't hesitate to purchase this soundbar. It is in our 15x15 bedroom plus we purchased the rear speakers. Just awesome. Bose returned

This package was bought for my in-laws. They are absolutely loving it. Setting up was faster than the unboxing process. The great price and sound output made this a winner.

Great entertainment system for our second family room. The only improvement could be a deeper sound from the subwoofer. For what we are using it for, it fits the bill nicely.

I have the 450 in my bedroom, so I got the 550 to go in the living room with my new Samsung SUHD tv. Set up is easy, and the sound is good. I just wish Samsung would do better with integration among all its speakers to create a true surround sound. I wouldn't buy the "wireless" surround sound speakers you can add because many reviews have said they don't produce any additional sound. I considered getting the 650 so I could connect to the Radiant speakers, but there are several threads online with people saying how it just doesn't work well. I'm not paying for sonos, so I'll just wait and see what Samsung does.

This soundbar has great sound in all ranges. It takes the place of a 5.1 system with wiring, amp, multiple speakers, etc. etc. This is the easy way to get great sound.

The setup couldn't have been simpler. The quality is fantastic. The sub is not overbearing. It gives a rich home theater experience while being totally out of the way.

We installed this in an small office (14×16). The sound is wonderful, the subwoofer is real bass. Easy to set up, control works great. Big sound from a small sound bar.
