    I purchased this charger from Samsung.com, not from Best Buy. The charger has a major problem with recognizing a Galaxy S25 Ultra phone with MagSafe case, as well as an iPhone 16e with MagSafe case. Need to reattach the phone several times to initiate charging process. Both phones charge with no issues with different Qi2 chargers.
