Been debating over several different brands and models, however, after researching, and my kids urging because of the Sodastrea, I purchased this refrigerator. Haven't had a single complaint to date. Looks great in the new house, lots of storage. Love the flex drawer, this thing keeps beverages nice and cold, but the best part, our lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc doesn't go bad in a couple of days like they did in our previous refrigerator, lasts for a couple of weeks now. Very pleased overall.

This is our first new refrigerator in 20 years. It is like moving from the stone age to the jet age. It is enormous, well lit, does a great job in cooling and has a sparkling water dispenser which is like icing on the cake. The best feature for us is no more refrigerator Tetris.

This refrigerator is not only roomy and efficient, but is a great accent in our kitchen.

My husband and I love really are enjoying the features of this fab frig. The extra drawer that can either be a freezer or fig is very nice. The Sparkling Water dispenser is a favorite feature for both of us.

My wife spotted this fridge because of the sparkling water dispenser. We needed a new refrigerator, this was the best choice for us and we no longer buy sparkling water every week. It has great space inside and it's easy to access items from both drawers. After it arrived I moved everything I had crammed into our old side by side into this one and it still looked empty. It is very big and must be disassembled to fit most doorways but fit the kitchen fine. Just make sure you have enough room to pull out the drawers if a cabinet or island is close by. I don't think I would have bought this at full price just for carbonated water but it went on sale for a great price and I couldn't pass it up.

Overall I'm very pleased with this refrigerator. The many features include a sparkling water dispenser, filtered water, crushed and cubed ice and a large freezer compartment. Temperature settings are easily done for the main compartment, freezer and the secondary storage area.

It is all worth the price we paid for. Starting with the great look, high tech display and features, and enormous size and usable space, this product is way up there in its own league. There is no competition with other brands in the market right now. The sparkling water feature sets it apart too from other refs.

Nice refrigerator, roomy interior, deep side shelves-holds a lot of items. Second drawer which can be the deli drawer, sometimes doesn't close all the way. It seems to catch sometimes and doesn't close completely. Not good! Haven't used the sparkling water feature yet.

The only thing this fridge is lacking is room to put taller condiments and larger bottles of pop. Besides the shelf for the milk, we could only fit on additional shelf (they provide you with 3, I used only 2). I ended up putting less-used items on the top shelf so that I could put a gallon of milk, one 2 liter, and the items we used the most (ketchup, etc.) in the handier spots. You'll want to measure before you purchase. I knew the fridge would stick out 3" more than my previous one, but I thought it was worth it. The soda stream is really great. I have Amway energy mix that I prefer to use with the carbonated water -- makes it taste like pop so I get a carbonated energy drink for a lot less money than the bottled version.

Hello, We received our fridge today and are extremely pleased.Its spacious, the shelves can be altered and the lighting is amazing. The sparkling water feature is a big plus for me and my family.

I have yet to use any of my appliances as of yet since my home is being renovated but everything looks amazing.

This refrigerator is excellent. It is expensive but we purchased it at a great sale price. We love the supply of carbonated water. The configuration is well thought out, providing much more storage space than our older, similar size refrigerator.

This should last a while. The biggest problem was delivery and hookup. the appliance itself is a treat

This is a great refrigerator/freezer. One of the big problems with my previous (relatively new) refrigerator was that the door shelves were just too small. The door shelves in this model can hold two rows of three half-gallon containers or two full gallon containers as well as a few smaller (e.g., quart-size) containers. The interior space is also excellent and accessible with either door opening and closing independently. The top drawer is a refrigerated compartment that provides easy access to lots of regularly used small items and is very convenient. The freezer drawer has a top section that slides out of the way to provide access to a second, lower freezer compartment. I've always disliked the French-door with freezer drawer style because stuff gets buried in the freezer frequently and then is forgotten until clean-out time and then just thrown away. This design looks like a great solution as almost all of what is in the freezer is visible with minimal shifting around of things. Love the Sodastream in the door too! Although even at the highest carbonation level selectable on the fridge, the water isn't quite as fizzy as what you can make with a standalone Sodastream...but it's still good. Overall, this is a great fridge and I'd recommend it to anyone who has the space for it.

This refrigerator is attractive, the twin doors give easy access with no center column in the way, the extra drawer with the selectable temperatures is absolutely great, we store beer and other drinks in it and it keeps them just below freezing The freezer drawer has an upper insert drawer which enables you to separate some of the lighter things you want to freeze like veggies from heavier stuff like meat. I have not used the carbonated water dispenser yet, but am looking forward to installing the CO2 bottle soon!

I love the looks of this refrigerator. I also love the refrigerator pull out drawer. It has tons of room and a great overall appearance. I have however had some issues. Since the day of delivery I had to call the Geek Squad out. Every so often the refrigerator makes a LOUD sound. So loud it tunes out our TV with surround sound. They thought it was an issue with the fan, and replaced it. They have had to come out 3 additional times. Today was the fourth trip. I am hoping the issue is resolved. The Geek Squad has been very helpful and understanding. I think this is rare, if it weren't for the noise issue I would give it more stars.

Great fridge overall. A little loud at first. Had to have Samsung come out 3 weeks after install and they leveled it, and fixed pipe near compressor that made it loud. Should have been done at install they said. Other than that, works and looks great.

I love my new refrigerator! It's so spacious and light inside. I love the french drawers and especially the refrigerator drawer, it's so convenient. Samsung makes the best products! The Sodastream is a nice addition, but the refrigerator would be just as good without it.
