I love this refrigerator! It's so beautiful and has a great design. It is so flexible-- the drawer can be set to one of 4 temperatures depending on the things you have not it. We use it for cheeses and drinks, or party trays when entertaining. The soda stream is amazing and we now can have a huge variety of drinks available when we entertain. Very easy to use, too. So glad we got it!

It seems to be a good purchase. Little noisy at times when compressor kicks in and ice fall in the bucket. But overall very happy with the purchase.

The refrigerator not only looks wonderful but it also has many desirable features. The freezer door opens easily even when it is completely full. The flex drawer is very handy for all those items that you need often or that get lost in the main refrigerator. I'm enjoying the sparkling water and look forward to less lugging of bottled water and sodas. Installation was quick and easy especially as it was all done for us!

The delivery crew was great and professional (should be given a raise) and the refrigerator is excellent! Spacious, easy to clean and use, touch screen takes a little getting used to- but provided good directions.

This is an incredible refrigerator! Looks nice and is quiet and very functional. So happy I upgraded by old side by side for this new fridge! Although it was too deep for the area I had planned for it, I highly recommended to everyone!

My husband and I really needed a refrigerator that was larger than the one we had. This Samsung fits the bill perfectly! We love the pull out middle drawer, which holds myriad types of food. The freezer is large, as is the refrigerator section. We are very pleased, so far. The only thing we are not quite sure of yet is the 'cube' function of the ice maker. Sometimes the cubes do not come out whole...and are partially 'crushed.' We feel that just a phone call to Best Buy 'support' will easily correct the problem.

We purchased this unit only because it has the sparkling water feature. It is great. We love all the space, the beautifully lit led interior and the extra counter height drawer for desserts. Not to mention the beautiful exterior that is an eye catcher. Everyone should have one.

All I wanted for a refrigerator is there. My family really enjoy its sparkling water. I now have a variety of sodas to choose from.

Very spacious refrigerator. Lots of adjustable shelves and door compartments.

Great size for the price. Within four to five hours the temp was pretty much stable. Love the look and is very quiet. The lights in my kitchen are louder than the refrigerator!

Not happy with shelves. Can't seem to change shelves due to sides screwed in. Can't put milk on shelf. Haven't figured out middle drawer yet and the slider in it. Light is very different from my previous version

Good size for a 36" wide opening, plenty of room and the middle draw is nice feature.

I think Samsun did a good job with the product overall, like I said just a couple of thing missing. Them not having an egg basket or a place for Butter. I like the big in door water/ice outlet as it's easy to use and is big enough to fill a 20oz water bottle. The adjustable zone for keeping drinks cold is very nice. We like the refrigerator very much.

overall, lots of space inside, its quiet. I was reluctant to get the top/bottom set up being so used to a side by side but I love it.

What a relief to have a Samsung. This is a terrific appliance. Enormous and efficient. Perfectly satisfied.

Got my refrigerator at a very great price. The fact that the refrigerator comes equipped to accept my SodaStream cartridge. The seltzer water it's great love the fact that you can organize the shelves for whatever configuration you would like great delivery in the past thanks Best Buy

Overall I like the fridge, especially the freezer below. First time trying soda stream, seems to loose carbonation really quick, so that is a down side. Plus most of the drink solutions seems to have splenda, but Ginger ale is really good.
