I have tried two of these, the size and features are great. However, the first one we got was very loud, after having service people come out twice to try and fix it, it was still loud. We returned it and swapped it out for another. The new one was not as loud, but it was still loud for my liking. After we used it for a few weeks, the front control panel stopped working. We decided to not try again. If you find one that works well I assume it will be good. If you go with this, good luck.

would recommend to anyone who needs plenty of storage and convenience features. wife really likes the LED lighting

This brand new design and features for this refrigerator just came out and we had to have it. The soda water dispenser is what sold it for my hubby whereas, the study design and function as well as price is what sold it for me. I had a almost 4 year old Electrolux fridge that started breaking down the first year and after numerous 'patch work' repairs within warranty, the minute the warranty was up, is when the repair guy all of the sudden said we needed major repairs. That was our final clue that we got a major lemon and it wasn't worth spending money on. This fridge was selling at $2800 at Lowes, and we got it for $2399.99 at Best Buy! You CAN'T beat that price! The fridge is beautiful, sturdy, WELL made (so much better than the Electrolux) and has lots of cool features.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a large refrigerator that enhances your kitchen

The shelves are easily adjustable. They fold up Instead of having tone moved in and out. The middle drawer had easily adjustable temperature levels so that I can store different items depending on my needs at the time. It's great for entertaining or every day needs.

It works very well for a new product. How to use the soda stream is just a little hazy to start with. Ice maker functions extremely well and produces as advertised. We particularly like the 4th door where you can control the temperature as to your needs. Bottom freezer compartment works well.

It was a bit larger then i thought. I found it easy to get things in order.

Love it! It's can fit everything inside that my family needs and looks great!

I settled on this refrigerator, because the one I wanted was not available. It is one of the biggest, most expensive refrigerators from Samsung. This thing is loud!!! My 1995 Kitchen Aid was so quiet you could barely hear it run. Compressor noise travels through out the whole great room and now there is a loud noise from the ice maker compartment. I gave it a little time, but not getting better. Have read some similar reviews now and will be contacting service. Everyone loves the fourth drawer. Another big drawback is putting a gallon of milk on the door. It takes angling and jockeying it in to fit. A child would have a very hard time with this.

Great product thus far, quiet, nice looking and chills things down very fast.

Best Buy made sure we where taken care of when Lowes let us down.

This is a nice fridge but the ice maker is very loud and distracting. So loud that, it scares my dog when the ice drops. The refill CO2 cartridge is about $25.00, To much money, for no longer than they last. Other than those 2 issues, I love it.

Great Fridge, plenty of space, quiet, energy efficient. It also has Soda Stream which makes for nice soda drinks. For $14.99 you can make 60 gallons of soda.

I have bought many items at Best Buy with warranties because i am not lucky when it comes to electronics. So, i make myself kick out the extra money to be safe. I bought this dream fridge with a 5 yr warranty, not cheap. I thought Best Buy had my back...rt? Well, the ice maker went out recently and they sent a technician, they fixed the fridge saying that the ice maker is basically crap and known for this issue**. Then the fridge portion went out and all my food went bad (during the holidays). So, now they come back for the fridge, they get it to cool again but it is making a loud noise every time it kicks on! Then the fridge goes out again and i go to Best Buy to speak with them and a very nice lady shows me the SOP for the warranty. It cleary states after being fixed 3 times for the same reason (ice maker does not count) that the fridge should be replaced. So, i get connected to their appliance dept. and they say they have no record of the techs coming out for the fridge...WHAT? They had even denied my $200 food spoilage claim previously??? I have no work orders because they go through a 3rd party! I continue to have problems, the fridge is so loud i hear it over the tv! Is this what we are paying for? Not to mention being made out to be a liar. I am very dissapointed and unfortunatly i will not be buying anything else from Best Buy. I hope this is helpful to buyers in the future as this was not a small expense, be sure they will back your warranty! Sickened over this.

This fridge is huge. It has several movable shelves and convertible areas to change easily change to your storage needs. The sparkling water is an add bonus, so I can have a low cal. carbonated drink whenever I want.

we really like the refrigerator and would recommend it to every one. the sparkling water is not something I would buy, it came w/fridge. the best feature is the drawer for quik items and not have to open doors to get it and it's visable

I was looking at whirlpools and when you look side by side with this fridge, there's no comparison. Build quality is nice and there's ample space. I definitely wanted a ice maker that produces a lot of ice for those summer trips. When you first look, the ice maker does look small, but you'll hear the ice coming out quickly after you empty the long tray. We got this model cheaper than the one without the soda stream. Best buy delivery was great and it was delivered on a Sunday before the scheduled window. Would buy this fridge again.

I'm super happy with my new refrigerator makes my own sodas in the flavors I want to keep everything nice and cool and so roomie

The best frig I have purchased ever. Very quiet and well lighted inside. I have not had it long to check electricity usage.
