Excellent product! It is so easy to see what your are craving for.

I like Samsung products. The refrigerator is everything I wanted it to be.

Surprised that my 13×9 in pans can go in length -wise.Smaller things are much easierr to see in the drawer. Everything fit in with room to spare.

So much room! We recently had 3 giant turkeys brining in this and still had room for all our regular fridge items and leftovers!

This fridge is excellent. It's very spacious and it even has an extra compartment. It also has a nice ice machine.

I looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove this fridge. It is massive though, so make sure you have space for it.

Best Buy delivered it from their warehouse and installed, there is a code on the screen that delivery guys can't figure out. They said, they contacted Geek Squad and will come over to reset. I woke up early to go to work the next morning the fridge temperature was 73 degrees Fahrenheit. Geek squad didnt even bother to come over or call. What a nightmare most all our food in the fridge got spoiled and wasted. Best Buy replaced the fridge after 3 days.

Ice maker doesn't make as much as they say in a day and melts and freezes together making a big block

Icemaker is not producing 10 pounds of ice daily as advertised. Icemaker drips water while dispensing ice. When requesting cubed ice, about 50 percent will be crushed. Noisy motor. Freezer creates frost. Purchased a three year product protection agreement-I don't trust this item.

I would recommend for friend and family to purchase it

Refrigerator was good for the first year then then ice maker froze over which is now a known defect by Samsung with an existing class action law suit. Another known defect is the twin cooler in the main refrigerator freezes over and spoiled food quickly. This design flaw is known but denied by Samsung.

worst refrigerator we ever purchased!!!!!! always freezing up the handles falling off and the shelving inside broke off and the [price to replace each shelf is $50 we paid over $2000 and no one wants to fix the problem Samsung/BestBuy...

nothing but problems - never ever buy - icemaker goes out every 6 months
