First time we used it theres an error code and doesnt work. Technicians came two times. Suggested replacing the item with new and there are ZERO anywhere in the county and no time frame from sansung on availability. Best buy suggested to refund me and buy from another business. Terrible. A month and a half of no microwave, no oven and zero solutions.
