I love my new refrigerator. I am giving 3 stars only because the refrigerator was mishandled upon delivery which caused damage to my home and my brand new refrigerator. I'm appreciative of the delivery service but it seemed the guys were simply wanting to throw this refrigerator around and not mind what damage they caused. Their main focus was getting out of here as soon as possible.

Stopped cooling

I had refrigerator for about a month before it stopped cooling. I had to throw out all my food worth about $500 twice. Tech came out but fridge is the same. I still don’t have a fridge. It’s been about a month and I have two hungry kids.

Horrible customer service

Received the fridge first week of May and the lower ice makers quit working 2 days after delivery. Service representative shows up to fix, no fix got to order parts, that has happened 4 times. The last visit, we were given a confirmation code and was told that we would be contacted, nothing happened, called customer service again and they knew nothing about it, another ticket was started. 4 1/2 weeks with a defective fridge. How can this go on so frequent?

Nice, fancy refrigerator. Too bad the compressor stopped working suddenly within 4 months. I got a refund but it is my responsibility to get rid of the unit on my own. Waste of money
