Beautiful oven, heats up fast, love the digital controls

Unfortunately, our unit was defective and had a major electrical “smoke-out” shortly after the installers were going through testing after installation. And we’re not talking about “new elements heating up for time first time” smoke, we had thick white electrical smoke fill out entire kitchen in short order. I don’t typically like giving one star reviews, but the whole experience warrants it. We ordered the KitchenAid KODE300E to replace it. Slightly more expensive, but wow! Beautiful unit and we’ve had incredible results. I’m sure this is probably not typical for Samsung (or they wouldn’t be in business), but that was our experience with the product. The “Made in America “ sticker on the KitchenAid did make me smile though….

It's been sitting in my garage in the box for a month and is still not installed!!!!!

the steam function never worked. they had to repair it several times and finally they told me I had to replace it. very disappointed.

Have had it for over 6months. Used during thanksgiving and christmas. Did great. Has the right amount of interactive app features so yiu can run an errand while the oven is still ina nd jnow yiu can shut it off from there (not trying it often, but its a nice feature). I am not a baker by any means, and havent used the cleaning oven feature, but i will ocassionally use the oven. Mainly for pizzas and the like and also holiday turkeys, roasts etc. its a beautiful premium looking oven. I just looked at it today and rhought i should write a review. It looks now its on clearance at a geat price. Id reco if your looking in the price range.

The TIMER has a chime that's barely audible. And this is true also for the chime that indicates temperture reached, or end of cook cycle. Samsung factory authorized repair says volume level is not adjustable--and there's nothing that can be done about it. You'd have to be standing next to the oven to hear it. A reason not to buy.

At first the oven was great for the first year, then started to run into issues with the steam feature. Heck I didnt even use the steam feature but it was showing error codes for the steam basket not seated. Got that fixed by best buy. Until recently it threw another error for CA-2 after using the self clean feature, So your telling me a feature such as self clean will break this 3k oven, Get out of here. Should of listen to everyone and stay away from Samsung appliances

I had high hopes when purchasing a Samsung double wall oven. Unfortunately, there is an issue where using the top oven on high heat trips something in the control panel and the oven needs to be physically removed and reset. It then will work once again. So, as a result I am left with a single oven.

Everything good EXCEPT oven stays warm a LONG time after being shut off.

Bought the oven 3weeks ago. I have been waiting for the installation for what seems like forever!!!! The purchase was for the stainless steel and the warehouse keeps sending the black stainless steel. I would normally take it since it's more expensive but it doesn't match my other appliances. This is getting frustrating since I have to take time off work to be here for the window of installation they give you. I'm at a point that I may cancel the order and buy from Home Depot or Costco!!!!

Display failed after 3 years. Samsung oven displays are known for failing, wish I would have known that prior to purchase.
