Excellent gas stove, my wife loves it even my kids enjoy cooking on it. Especially oven part is especially awesome

I love the separate ovens and 5th burner! One downside is using the top oven takes forever to heat and burns everything. Great if youre trying to broil, not good for baking. I use the bottom oven for my everyday cooking or the whole oven for big events.

About one month in, the range has been performing well. One star deduction for the stainless finish under the gas burners: easy to clean, but scratches easily. I would take 1/2 star off, if the option was given. Best Buy's Price Match policy does not apply to bundled items.

The product was GREAT - BB service to get the original damaged one replaced, (that took 2 MONTHS) and took over 4 hours of phone calls back and forth to finally get an UNdamaged one to us. If you don't have it in stock, don't schedule a delivery that you will ultimately cancel not once, but SEVEN times.

Overall, it's a good oven. You have 3 choices in baking - upper, lower, or the whole oven. The buttons are easy to use. I was worried that the upper oven won't heat up well (based on reviews) but it works fine for me. The only downside for me - the stove surface scratches easily. Also, the rubber pads of the iron grates appear to be melting.

I love my Samsung range! Easy to operate and looks fabulous, too. The installation process went smoothly. It cooks efficiently and is easy to clean. I look forward to experimenting with all my new features such as air frying, convection and the use of the upper and lower ovens. And it looks beautiful!

I'm a first time buyer of a convection / dual oven. Please keep in mind this was purchased and installed about a month ago in Dec 2023 Pros: It's very easy to operate. Has heavy cast iron grates and griddle that do not shift while cooking with pots and pans. There are also 4 different sized burners that can be utilized, which we've not had before. The widest burner seems to heat pans and boil water very quickly. Still learning the optimal burner to use for making breakfast eggs and other items, but am overall happy to have various options. Oven heats up pretty quick when using dual. Takes average amount of time to heat if full oven option is used. Looks great! Cons: Does not come with a basic quick reference manual for using the appliance. It was suggested online through a google search to visit the manufacturer's website for the full user manual and it seems to be a pretty lengthy read.

This stove/oven is everything I’ve ever wanted! I love the double oven feature that it can also be used as a full-size oven

No other Gas stove to compare, but comparing to the electric glass to I had, I absolutely love the cooking functionality of it 100% better. The center skillet is awesome for cooking eggs. The non-stick surface works great. The biggest downfall is my error in the color choice. I was planning on replacing all kitchen appliance to match but can not get a black stainless steel refrigerators to fit in the space I have. Limited options in models for black stainless steel.

I’m happy with the stove now but they had to swap the first one because it was leaking gas. The experience I had with customer service was not good. It took me forever to find a good phone number then getting through to talk with someone was very frustrating. The technician that came out didn’t do anything because he said it wasn’t the stove it was the gas line and he doesn’t mess with things behind the stove only in front of the stove so I had to wait a few more days for someone else to come out. They then fixed the issue which was the delivery guy, third party. Then the stove continued to leak gas once I finally got through with customer service I requested a new stove. Waited another week before getting the new stove installed. Haven’t had any issue since.

Impressive stove, never thought stoves could be this cool! This stove has a split oven door that functions 3 way. Traditional open allows you to use the whole oven to cook under one temperature. Or you can use the included oven divider to only use the top portion of the over to cook and not need to use the whole oven OR you could keep the divider and cook TWO different foods under two different temperatures! Plus it has wifi which I haven't gotten around to connecting but it seems pretty spiffy. This would of came in handy last halloween when the wife wanted to make the kids halloween shaped macaroni and forgot about it and we came back to a smokey house. Talk about spooky! Oh and this thing airfrys!! I'm happy with this stove!

Loved this hitech range. Flex due oven is amazing. You can cook two different type of meat with two different heat setting. Air fryer is great and we use that a lot. Finger print resistant is the gravy on top and not to mention wifi capability to monitor time left, temp from your smartphone.

Amazing stove. Love the ease of use, very user friendly. It’s great having two separate oven doors, I I now have the option to bake to separate dishes at different temperatures. The air fryer option is just great!

I bought this Gas Range so I will not have problems with the next hurricane and loss of power. It works as expected and has more features than I thought.

I love everything about this range. The "dual oven" feature is so handy, and I can have a full-sized oven when needed. The easy removal of the burner caps is fantastic and makes this stove so easy to clean. A couple of things I've learned: altogether remove the cast iron racks from the stove top to clean - do not simply lift them - this will cause scratching where the cast iron meets the stainless steel. Also - carefully line up the burner caps so the gas flows as it should. My only complaint about this stove is that it's too easy to turn on a stove burner. A simple bump to the dial and the gas is on but not lit. This is problematic when your kitchen is small and your refrigerator is at a tight 45-degree angle to the stove. An easy fix for future models - tighten that dial up a bit.

Just purchased and am really enjoying it!! Very easy to clean! I truly love this range! Inside out! It has convection oven, dehydrator, as well as Air fryer! I love the way my food tastes!
