Our new Samsung electric stove top is great, we use it everyday and it is extremely efficient at its job. The four burners are great and the warmer comes in handy. We also love the Wi-Fi features. My wife loves her new stove top.

This Samsung range wasn't my first choice but the one that would get to me the quickest. I am happy with my purchase as I do like the functions of the range, wifi capability and it's ease of use. Happy with this purchase.

Love the new oven. I will say it is very hard to integrate into your Google and/ or Alexa. I do own a Samsung phone, so I am able to control from my phone; but unfortunately I cannot tell Google or Alexa to control the oven. Now the oven itself is great. The few complaints I have is the drawer underneath is much smaller than normal, it also is not fingerproof, and again I'm still trying to figure out how to integrate this oven with my smart things!

We love our new stove. Its sleek design looks great in our kitchen, and it preheats up much faster than our older one. It was affordable too.

This stovetop is working very well. My family bought this item due to one of the cooking elements being defective. This stovetop has 5 cooking elements one of which can be used for slow cooking. Easy to clean with a 509 kitchen cleaner. Would recommend this stovetop.

I love it. It's so nice. Very large inside. 5 burners are great. Still working on figuring out wi fi. Of course it's brand new so i haven't tried the steam clean. All the options for coming are clear to understand.

The stove was advertised as an "open box excellent". I ordered it online and never noticed that there were a hidden defect when I picked it up and unwrapped it. I asked that were there any defect when I picked it up and was told that there were none. The defect is so subtle that it is not really visible even when looking straight at it and it is likely not noticeable on the picture attached. However, it does exist where the center part if the glass top connecting to the rear metal. At this area,the glass top is slightly higher than the surrounding metal frame. Everywhere else the glass top is slightly lower than the surrounding metal frame. This is only noticeable when pressing down the glass near the center rear or running a finger along where the glass touches the metal frame. Unfortunately, this was noticed 17 days after picking up which passed the 15 days Best buy warranty period. Since it is a brand new unit, I contacted Samsung and Samsung sent a technician out right a few days later. The technician did not notice the defect initially until we pointed it out to him. After he took it apart and saw no apparent damages, the technician contacted Samsung and reported it as a physical damage and Samsung denied coverage stating this was an "open box" item and hence it was sold "as is". Although I understand their reasoning and accepted the I was at fault not discovering the defect early enough after picking it up, but I still give it a one "*" as Bestbuy should not have cheated by listing this as "open box EXCELLENT" and should not have told me that there was no defect except being an "Open Box" item and not having manuals. I think I would never buy another "Open Box" item from Bestbuy evermore as I now learned that when they listed as "EXCELLENT", it may not be true.

This range looks really nice for the price. We’re happy with it.

Easy to use, love the warming tray feature, Controls easy to take off and clean. Compliments my kitchen and provided a substantial upgrade to my previous appliance. Oven is easy to access, clean, the bottom drawer glides super smooth. Wifi is super easy to set up, Recipes are plentiful, lots of choices to choose from.

Looks good and so far works perfectly. Love the warmer on the cooktop.

Overall works very well. Very easy to clean. This was an upgrade for me as my last stove had the coils. The only thing I wish they could improve upon are labels. They’re hard to see because they blend in with the black stainless steel color.
