Works fine so far, but the knobs feel cheap. Additionally, food and debris collects in the lips on the front.

Fast even heating on cooktop and in oven. I miss having a convection feature like our old Jenn-air but i wasn't willing to spend the extra to get it.

The stove is fine. I cant see the controls at all though being older, they arent placed for people who need reading glasses. The delivery was horrendous. The delivery guy didnt speak a word of english. No at all. He couldnt install it because the old stove was hard wired, so he refused to take away the old stove. My dil pulled out the stove and was trying to turn off breaker so she could undo the wires for him to take it away, i had my hand on the oven door so i could tell her when the light went out ( the right breaker flipped) and the delivery guy pushed me out of the way, my ring ( my moms wedding ring) got stuck in the door of the old stove so I had to shove him back out of the way so I wouldnt break a finger or the ring. It was a nightmare. A delivery person shouldnt lay a hand on you at all. I tried to file a complaint but was unable to get a manager. Still unresolved. I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again and I dont recomend them to anyone.
