Ally is always so helpful. I purchase a lot of appliances for my business and she always provides such great service to me. She also helped my choose an espresso machine and had so much knowledge in the machine and what it can do that I felt comfortable buying the machine. I recommend Ally and the appliance team to everyone that I can!

It has three fan settings which moves a lot of air when things go wrong while making popcorn. The light is nice too so that you can see what you are making on the range. Wish there were 2 brightness settings for the lights.

Very disappointed. The hood range we ordered is stainless steel. While the hood is stainless steel, The duct cover is white. It looks terrible together. We are building a new home and they weren’t ready to install it so I didn’t open it. I purchased this December 14th so I am outside of the return window.

I found what I was looking for. I received in good condition. However, Best Buy Puerto Rico have always delays in the delivery.

Extension wasnt long enough so we require an extension kit that is $500 to purchase. Frustrating to spend that much money to use the piece i already purchased.

Part of the hood had to be replaced because it came scratched. When the replacement arrived, it was fine. We like it and looks nice with our other appliances.

I purchased because of kitchen remodel. I love the black stainless look. I have yet to install, but I do love the size and function.

Wish I could give this product no stars. It has been a very bad experience. I believe that this is very misleading to customers. I have had a horrible customer service experience and will never buy anything from Best Buy due to this. This hood does not have an available recirculating kit that is available for customers to purchase (even though it is adverstised as having one). Do not buy this unless you want a nightmare of a customer service experience.

Multiple delays resulting in costs to a project, and the only compensation is a gift card to Best Buy. I will be avoiding purchasing anything from Best Buy moving forward.
