Range was delivered at scheduled appointment time. Delivery team was professional and courteous . Oven works fine and holds good temperature . The controls are easy to use and are labeled clearly. I have been very happy with all my Samsung products.

This range was a great value! The price (on sale) was consistent with many other ranges, but this product has more features than others I had researched. We love the fast boil feature, as we are a busy family, and time is always an issue. The timed cooking is another wonderful feature, especially for families. If I have to leave something in the oven to go pick up one of the children, I know the oven will stop cooking, and I no longer panic if I run late getting home. I have not used the delayed start feature yet, but I am sure it will come in handy. Aside from function, this is a very attractive appliance which looks great in our kitchen. And it is very easy to clean. My only issue is the fact that the cooktop scratched slightly the very first time I used it. However, with that being the only problem, I can confidently recommend this product.

We originally ordered this stove as an open box item and had it delivered. The oven didn't work, but we were able to get a replacement for free because we were within our 15-day return window. The new stove works really well. The only thing we aren't thrilled with is the trouble we have keeping things centered on the burners because it's a glass top.

This stove not only looks nice but it has a couple of functions I really appreciate. First is the burner size option on the two front burners. I also like the preheat alarm. Food cook very even in the oven. Love my new stove!!

Liking everything about my new SAMSUNG stove with one exception - the drawer for storage below is unbelievably chintzy! All Samsung models seem to have this same drawer with the same cheap material. This was surprising and disappointing as I expected more from Samsung. Otherwise, a good model, and nice as a 4 pc kitchen suite.

After careful research, I found the best stove to meet my needs. Not over the top with extras, but the perfect amount of extras to fit my needs. Cleans like a dream, the ease in using the options is fantastic. With steam clean making life easier, while delay bake makes roasts a breeze when I have errands to run and things to do. Just set the temp, start time and the time to cook and forget about it until you are ready to take the roast out. The stove does all the work! I just love it!

We've had this electric range for about a month and i have no complaints. The cook top never looks quite as it did new after a spill, but i need to play around with some non-abrasive cleaners and see if i can find something to make it shine again.

I thought electric stoves would raise my electric bill it only increased about 20-25 dollars a month. Food cooks faster and the temp don't change thru out the cooking time. I also don't have the fear of gas leaks, and don't have to worry about grease fires. I feel safer with an electric stove.

This stove seems very solid. Love the even heat of the burners and the dual burners. The oven bakes very evenly and seems to hold the temperature evenly. Made a great batch of cookies. Haven't baked any pasteries yet to know how well it does there. The stove top is very hard to keep clean and does seem to scratch easily. Ceramic polish does cover the scratches, but I wonder how it will look a year from now.

The oven did not work properly. It barely heated...it would not heat above 225 degrees when temp was set to 350, and not above 375 when temp was set to 400. We called Best Buy the day after delivery (12/23/13) about the oven not working and they said to try to calibrate the oven. That did not work, because you can only adjust the calibration within 35 degrees and the oven still did not heat up. Our call was transferred to Samsung and they scheduled a local appliance repair company to come out to fix the oven. The local repair person came (12/31/13) and discovered the wire was not attached properly to the back of the stove. He re-attached the wire and the oven started to heat up. The repair person was busy and left while the oven was preheating (he was confident he fixed the problem). However, the oven still did not heat up properly and was at least 50 to 75 degrees cooler than the selected temperature. On 01/02/14 we called Best Buy again and complained. We asked for an exchange because if it didn't get fixed the first time, I was not going to accept a defective oven. My thought is: if you buy something new...it better work properly. The replacement stove was delivered on 01/17/14. Best Buy was always courteous and pleasantly helpful when we called explaining the problem with the oven. It took about 30 days from original date of purchase to get the exchanged stove. Today, the first time heating this oven it took at least 15 minutes after the preheat chime rings for the oven to fully reach the desired temperature. I need to use this new stove/oven a few times before I know if it is working properly. I bought a Samsung stove because they make excellent electronic products (I love my Galaxy SIII phone), but I'm not yet sure about this stove.

I purchased this stove oven to replace my electric coil one due to cleaning conveniences. The burners heat quickly and the turn knobs can turn either directions. I don't bake much so I chose this product over the convectional ovens. The oven space is big and it fits in my 30' counter space perfectly with little gap space. The controls are easy to use with no manual help. The only down sides is the display light is blue on black background making it hard to see the clock. Also, the surface is so smooth that some woks and pans may shift out of place of burner, so will need to watch out! I clean the cooktop surface with dishwashing soap + water mix on paper towel or Chlorox wipes.

Nice Range for the money. Really looks nice. Samsung has one a step up for a little more money that has convection and warming plate. I would upgrade to this one for the money.

The user controls are so intuitive that it is possible to utilize 90% of the capabilities of this stove without even reading the user manual. Having previously been cursed with a gas range and the cleaning associated with grills and burners, we really appreciate the simple design and easy cleaning with this electric range. The only negative thing I can say (and it's not really a knock on the stove) is that the pans used on the burners should have flat bottoms or else the heating consistency will be unpredictable.

I am completely satisfied with this purchase. The warming feature is great for those nights when the family is unable to sit down and eat at the same time. The flat oven floor makes oven spills easy to clean and the chicken nugget button really does make them crispy.

I was looking for a quality oven that had a smooth cooktop, large oven (5.9 cubic feet) timed baking feature and something that would match my other appliances. I researched and found out that this model was tested by Good Housekeeping and given a B+ rating. I have baked cookies and bread in my new oven and they baked perfectly . The oven does not take long to preheat. I have not used the delayed timed cooking, "self clean" or "steam clean" features yet. Two of the radiant surface elements offer dual heating capabilities. I wish the storage drawer was a little larger. Overall, I really love my new electric range!

It's easy to keep clean and I no longer have to worry about dirty drip pans. Love the fact that if I'm using a smaller pan I only need to heat part of the burner!
