This is a very versatile range w great capacity, and gas is SO much cheaper than Electric

I'm so happy with this range. It has alot of nice features and is a very sharp looking range. So far I love everything about it. Even frozen pizza tastes better.

Based on our budget, this product is fit for us with Competitive cost to performance ratio. Only problem is that I need clean it every time after cooking...

The center burner occasionally does not ignite. Called Samsung Customer Service, but they told me I should call Best Buy. Does not seem in any way a Best Buy problem, however.

Worst purchase of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was told the stove surface was east to clean. The gloss black surface shows every spot, even if you drag your clean finger across the top it leaves a mark. It is like cooking on a mirror. cook for 10 minutes on the stove top and clean it for 30 minutes. Also been told the surface is delicate, can't use scouring cloth. What will happen when a soup is cooked for hours and boiled over, guess that's a permanent mark. Thinking of covering the stove top with foil so it's not a full time mess. So very disappointed with this purchase John

Not happy with Samsung. Samsung would not supply a broiler pan or griddle. I paid a lot for this top of the line stove and expected they would exceed customer satisfaction. They did not.

I had bought my Samsung items, dishwasher, fridge and for my last piece was the range. I waited patiently (?) and happened to come into Best Buy when a sale was going on I knew nothing about. LUCKY ME! The range is beautiful and cooks so much better than my Kenmore that was left me by the previous owners. All the high performance burners on the cooktop surprized me with how fast it could boil water and the oven was very accurate. No problems but one. I didn't know how long to cook the chicken nuggets so when I hit the 'chicken nugget' button I burnt the poor lil guys up. Do over! User problems. I couldn't of gotten a better deal on a great lil range.

Beautiful range. I like that the grates cover the whole top of the stove so I can put a pot down anywhere without scratching the surface. I also like the size differences between the smallest and the largest burners. No more having to use a flame bigger than the pot for my smallest pots and it is good to have a large burner for my big pots. The oven is the biggest I've ever had. These features make it worth paying a bit more. I've only used the convection baking feature once and that produced perfect brownies. Be warned, this model only has baking convection oven feature but no meat convection oven feature.
