We had been looking for a new fridge for the basement, when we saw this one on open box, decided to replace the one upstairs and move it down. The ice mechanism is great, and the exterior drawer allows us to access routine items without having to open the doors. Great space inside as well

We are really happy with this purchase. My kids love the snack drawer. Perfect size iceaker, plenty of room for our fresh fruits and veggies.. The foldable shelf is great. The motor is quiet and having the water filter in a central location is great.

I like the way it tells when the fridge is open and its very spacious and awesome..

We looked at many refrigerators and several brands before buying. We did our due diligence on line and store shopping while watching for sales in local adds. This Samsung - 31.0 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless-Steel, turned out to be exactly what we wanted and at a very good sale price. My wife and I are very pleased with this purchase.

After years of being unable to find stuff easily in my old side-by-side fridge and freezer, I was eager to try the new French door style with freezer on the bottom. I needed as much space as possible, living with two young adults, and wanted the convenience of the in-door ice and water, as well as the flexible middle drawer and flip up shelves. We researched several other models and this was the only one that had all these features for the right price. We've had it two weeks and love everything about it. It does make some unusual noises from time to time, but the manual warns you about that, and on the whole it's extremely quiet. We love the way the ice and water dispenser works and the fact it's tall enough to fill pitchers and water bottles. Delivery and installation were prompt, timely and painless.

Exactly the right choice for our family. Very spacious on the inside. The pull out drawers are excellent.

We researched and shopped around. The freezer has ample room and eliminated our need to replace our freezer.

This fridge looks very elegent. Display on door is very shiny, mixes with the stainless steel. Doesn't make such noises that other reviewers has mentioned. This is samsung's flagship model. If you have enough space, buy this fridge. Ask the sales associate to measure the dimensions of fridge in front of you. The dimensions showed in specifications are 1 to1.5 inch more than actual size on each side.

Compared to some professional models we have owned in the past this is far the best! I like how easy it is to find items. Perfect for a large family or someone that keeps a lot of food on ha!nd

Great product, we looked a lot before settling on this one. entire family very happy with it after 1 month. We were concerned with ice availability, but it's doing a great job.

Loved this unit UNTIL I tried to remove the crisper drawers. The exterior doors don't open wide enough to easily remove the drawers. You must first remove the lower door storage pieces. Even then the drawers only came out with much tweaking, resulting in the plastic drawers having to be forced out. Not what I expect on a $3000 fridge. Returned and purchased a different brand.

Only problem is it pops all the time. Called and talked to Samsung and said unfortunate that happens. Thinking about returning it.

The French door design of this refrigerator is far superior to the side-by-side that I used to own. It is so spacious! Even when I think it is full, I can still find space for more food. I really love the drawer above the freezer which gives convenient access without opening the main doors.

This would be a great fridge if not for the terrible noise that comes on and lasts for 10-15 minutes every time one of its doors are opened. Sounds something like a card placed into the spokes of a bicycle. I called the Geek Squad starting on October 2nd. It is now November 19th and the fridge still has not been fixed. I have had two repairmen show up to "order parts" then I never see or hear from them again although the records show that my service request was "Successfully Completed" back on October 30th. Yet, no one has done anything more than listen to it and order the wrong parts. I'm now looking to return it.

Nice size and features. I had my refrigerator for about 6.5 years. After about 4 years, the middle door broke and I was told it could not be fixed, it had to be replaced for over $500.00. I glued it the best I could but then about 6 months ago, the ice-maker went and 2 different repair persons could not fix it. Now, 2 days ago, my freezer handle broke on the same side as the middle draw. I’m done. This swiveling handle was obviously a design flaw as I see they stopped making the swivel handles.

I was so excited when I bought this thing. But I should have asked more questions. Now that I own it every sales rep I talk to tells me "I would have told you not to buy it" but no one did. I read the online reviews and I really thought I was getting a quality product. The ice maker "sweats" constantly and this sweat leaks into the tray on the door. Recently this has gotten so bad that the ice maker has started to mold. I have to clean it with clorox almost daily and then we have to dump the ice. So really dont have an ice maker that I can use. I have tried and tried to get Samsung to service this (it is only 5 months old) and they keep sending me ludicrous things to try like running more water throught the water dispenser. I have tried to reutrn it, but it is too late for me. Please dont make this mistake.

does not stay cold, ice maker has a design problem and has needed repairs 2 times in 18 months. Samsung only covered parts the first time. Bad product
