My wife and I love this refrigerator. It has great features. love the ice from the door and the trays of them in the freezer. I recommend it.

Only been a few weeks, but I like this fridge more than I thought it would.

I love how spacious the fridge is, sometimes I feel like it could be more sturdy but I still like it.

This French door refrigerator is excellent. It’s quiet and very energy efficient. The delivery and installation was terrific.

I bought this refrigerator just November of 2023. I was so excited. It’s huge, it has lots of space, it makes craft ice. Then it DIED. Not even a full 5 months. I had 2 Samsung techs come out and apparently it leaked all the Freon and wouldn’t get cold. Could. Or be repaired. Customer service with them has been a nightmare. I am going on 3 weeks without a fridge. Lost all the food in both the freezer and fridge, Samsung only covers up to $400.00, which isn’t much for what food cost these days. But I can’t even start that process until they refund me for the fridge. They are going to reimburse me eventually for the cost of the fridge, allegedly, but i am responsible for getting rid of the now dead hunk of junk in my kitchen. I thought i might have got a lemon but the service techs said they have seen the quality of these drop dramatically since Covid and they are just slapped together. The fact that customer service has no ability to try and make it right for the customer is almost not believable.

Great appliance well-delivered and installed by the Best Buy guys.

Nice and easy to maintain . Big . Only issue is the auto closing of the doors doesn’t work properly sometimes

Had it 3 months; so far so good. We like all the variety of ice. That’s honestly what sold us.

The unit self it’s huge plenty of space. Ice and water dispensers work properly with no issues pretty new only have it for almost 2 months. Will update after a year of service.

Love this refrigerator . It has two ice dispensers. One is in the door and the other is in freezer. It has lots of storage space and the doors hold a lot of bottles.

Only had a few days with it but loved the black stainless. Had tons of room just did not fit in our spot. Just need to measure to account for the doors. Doors are 4 inches thick.

Love this fridge. We had a double door one before and this one has so much more room! Installation also was easy and breezy.

Doors on the outer very valuable, Instrumental in the food temperature correctly. Would lovingly buy three door twice only.

We really enjoy it. Compared to the far more expensive ones its still great. Lots of room and it looks nice too. Delivery went well.

We have had this refrigerator for less than 2 weeks. It stopped cooling. Samsung sent a technician out and now we've been told that the parts will take up to 5 days to come in and then they have to schedule a technician to come back out to put in the new parts. This refrigerator was new so its very disappointing that we had to throw all the food away and wait for new parts for a refrigerator thats supposed to be brand new. If we could have returned it, we would have but apparently it's not returnable and we have to deal with the warranty center. This has been a nightmare of a purchase.

Works great and keeps the food cold.provides easy access to the freezer and the refrigerator.
