I bought this tv as an open box item for about $100 less than regular price and there wasn't a thing wrong with it and nothing missing. The description said there was a small scratch on the back but I didn't see one. Even if there was one, it was on the back and no one watches the back of a tv...hopefully. The salesman was excellent and took care of the entire transaction very quickly. The tv picked up the wifi and I was testing Top Gear on Netflix within 5 minutes of initial setup. Colors are great, sound is good and it has every option I need for a hotel-style guest room. Highly recommend this tv or just about anything else Samsung makes.

Got this for my bedroom. Its my only "smart" TV. The picture is great, the set up-easy. I am so very happy. I'll only consider Samsung now and world highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new television

The tvwork perfectly for my application. I needed a smaller TV that was a smart TV. Those are somewhat hard to find. Picture was unbelievable with my DirecTV. And the processor works very fast for Netflix.

This is my 3rd Samsung TV and as usual I am extremely happy with it. Got it for a great price, ($250), online Black Friday for a Christmas gift for my wife for the bedroom. For the money no other brand can touch this TV. Smart options come in handy too. I can wirelessly stream video, movies, music & photos from my PC to it.

We needed a 32" unit to fit into cabinet space above the refrigerator. Has a good viewing angle. Can not get Samsung app on devices to connect to the TV.

We bought this last fall to replace a much smaller one. With the narrower framing on TVs these days, it's nice to go up several inches without taking away much more space! The picture and sound are clear and sharp and we are enjoying it a lot. I think Samsung is a good brand and we're hoping it will last for many years. Best Buy pricing was very good as we shopped around quite a bit. I don't think this TV was any lower even on Black Friday so we felt we got a great deal. Best Buy sales associates were also helpful with information when we were comparing different brands and asking about the various features, inputs, etc

I mostly love my new Samsung 32" LED 1080p Smart HDTV, model UN32H5203AFXZA. With it I purchased an HDMI cable to connect the TV to my cable box to insure a clear, crisp picture. However, my old cable box lacked a HDMI port, so I had go to the cable TV store and trade in my old box (at no charge) for an updated version with an HDMI port. Connecting the TV to the cable box using the HDMI cable was simple, and once done, voila! A beautiful, clear picture. I haven't yet subscribed to a streaming service, but many are compatible with this model TV, i.e., Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu Plus, etc. The reason for my 4 star rating, rather than 5 stars, is because this TV lacks a simple earphone port in front (or in back), making it difficult to watch late night TV without disturbing the sleep of others. Hoping for a solution to this problem, I purchased a set of radio frequency wireless headphones, but couldn't get them to work at all and returned them. I don't understand why most new model TVs don't have a port, in front, for simple earphones (either the in-ear or over-the-head type) like the old TVs did. Samsung, and other TV manufacturers, made a huge mistake when they eliminated this important feature!

I purchased this Samsung 32 inch Smart TV as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old techie son. I wanted a "bedroom" sized LED with a sharp picture from multiple viewing angles and heights (standing, sitting, laying down). I also wanted the option of going semi-wireless with either a Smart TV or an add-on streaming device so that I could easily monitor/control his content options. I've been a loyal Samsung customer for many years and this model included all the features and quality I wanted at a very reasonable price. The picture quality is razor-sharp in all lighting conditions and from multiple viewing angles. The sound quality is superior to any competitors in this size class and the clean lines of this slim LED look great when wall mounted. While we haven't tested all of the Smart TV features yet, those which we've set up and tried over Wi-Fi have worked quite well so far. Although the remote is a bit clumsy for navigating onscreen menus and entering account info, I've heard the same complaints about smart TV's from other manufacturers. Netflix, YouTube and Pandora all functioned smoothly after set up and we haven't experienced any issues with dropped Wi-Fi signals during the first month of use. Overall, a fantastic value in a fully-featured 32 inch LED Smart TV - I highly recommend it!

I got this TV for our bedroom because of the not too small, not too big size and its 1080p spec and I haven't been disappointed! Color, clarity and size are perfect for us, and the fact that its a Smart TV is an added bonus! When it comes to TVs today, Samsung is the king!

The TV was easy to set up and start using. Was able to use the smart function without having any previous experience or knowledge of how to use the smart TV functions . Great color and clear picture. Would recommend Samsung televisions for a great picture and ease of set up.

Bought this TV for the bedroom. Mounted on the wall with a separately purchased mounting kit (yeah, from here). The picture quality is a good balance of brightness and contrast, vibrant (which is important, don't like a fogged or washed-out looking color palette) and dark/light edging. The smart-apps (such as services from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.) allow convenient switching and online viewing (after easy setup of necessary user accounts). The built-in user interface can become sluggish at times but not terrible. Speaker volume is adequate but the rear-facing speakers make voice frequencies a bit tough to discern at times for my aging ears. The remote could and should have been better conceived (not very ergonomic but, hey, I consider this an economy TV).

i bought this to use in my craft room. I am very pleased. I like the picture quality and the fact it is a smart tv. The only negative is that the remote does seem to connect easily. You have to hold it just right.

Sound on this set is very good for this size TV. Color awesome and ability to get on internet a huge plus I also have a Samsung 50inch plasma set the LED IS MORE COLORFUL PRICE EXCELLENT MARCBCAR NEWTOWN

The picture quality is beautiful . Very clear and colors are fresh! And it is very user friendly. Easy set up and I only use one remote. The price was good especially for a Smart TV.

I bought this TV from Best Buy online with the option of picking it up at the store. What can I say, I am another satisfied customer. All the good experience started from the good customer service I received at the store. Regarding the Samsung tv, it is another excellent high quality product. Great picture, great colors, great size for my room. On top of that, it is an smart tv, where I can watch Netflix, YouTube, Hulu plus, etc. The greatest quality is its sound. I don't need to buy a sound bar or hometheater sound, it brings high quality speakers that gives a better experience. I don't regreat this buy, on the contrary, I recommend it.

It's s good size tv for a kids or teens's bed room,. The quality of pictures and colors are very good . It is easy to assemble . Very good buy for the price!

I have to say that Samsung has come a long way and has proven themselves to be probably the best for electronics, especially in video viewing. This was my third flat screen/TV purchase in the past 8 months (all Samsung) and I enjoy all of them. I, and my family, especially love the SMART TV features, of which my kids are always on YouTube or Netflix -- the main reason for purchasing three. LOL

Wow, that's a little presumtious. My mom purchased this tv for her bedroom and she loves it. She told me after watching a certain commercial that she always thought the guys shirt was a completely different color than the one on her new tv. It was definitely time for a new TV. She also has a 50" or 55" 3D smart tv in the livingroom and she still raving about how much she loves it and how she still gets so many compliments for it. That's why she decided to get a smart tv for her bedroom.

Very happy with picture, sound and design. Pros: 1. Excellent LED backlit LCD picture with lots of adjustment controls. 2. Well organized, clean user interface. 3. Nice remote. 4. In-built speaker quality has better sound quality than expected (much better than many other TVs including my expensive 72 inch Mitsubishi DLP) Cons: 1. Smart TV apps can be a bit slow starting up (e.g. You Tube or Netflix) - takes a couple of minutes before you are able to start playing back while it's initializing. This is not unexpected though as you won't find the fastest processor or best programming in most smart TVs by the manufacturers. Still, it's more than serviceable. 2. Smart TV apps can have wonky user interfaces - e.g. the control in YouTube to fast forward and reward is anything but precise. I've yet to figure out how to hold down the ff or rw but instead can only move a few seconds at a time for every button push. Again, not fully unexpected. 3. Universal Remote STB control feature (using the supplied IR blaster disc): Works OK for most functions but it took a while to figure out how to get my Verizon FiOS STB DVR Menu to appear. It's by hitting the "keypad" button! Then a popup appears on the TV letting me select various STB fuctions - Power, Menu, DVR, etc. Unfortunately, DVR doesn't do anything but at least Menu lets works and then I just scroll down to DVR through my STB menu to select my recorded programs to play back. 4. Wish the stand had a built in swivel but can't really expect it for this price I guess. Instead I have to move the whole TV when I wish to angle it in one direction or the other (in my basement where we work out we can be at one extreme of the room (Treadmill) or the other (Elliptical). Then again, the viewing angles are great so it's not super necessary.
