I purchased this tv to replace a four year old Viso. I recently dumped Spectrun cable and had put an antenna and a Ruko n it. The Channel numbers was small and in the top corner and almost unreadable. I have this tv mounted in a corner and up near the ceiling. I checked the workings of thes new tv so y wife and I could work it easier. So far it’s working as I would expect. The sound is ok, I find the picture very good. The price was excellent. I also get about 40 channels over the air with a antenna up in my attic.

I got this TV for my kitchen, something to throw on while I'm making and eating dinner, so I wasn't looking for anything top of the line, more something at a budget pricepoint.
And of course, at that pricepoint, you make concessions.
So the pros:
While The TV is only 1080p, not 4k, at this size that's not really a huge sacrifice. It has surprisingly decent picture quality, solid color, and despite being a budget LED, the lighting (at least in my sample), is consistant across the board. I'm actually pretty pleased with the video quality.
Which brings us to the cons, one minimal, and one, depending on your usage, possibly major
The first: The sound quality is mediocre. Again, to be expected, most tvs, especially budget tvs, don't sound great as is without a soundbar or headphones. But this one sometimes sounds a little muffled or muted, and you gotta really turn the volume up from some sources.
For my purposes it's fine, it's to watch a show or a movie or sports at dinner, but for serious usage, you definitely need a soundbar or headphones.
Which brings us to the big con, the smart functionality.
It uses Tizen, Samsung's OS, and while the interface is fine, and supports pretty much any major apps (and a few surprising ones), it's not as robust as a Google TV. However, that's not really the problem with it.
The problem is that whatever CPU Samsung put in this thing to get it at a budget pricepoint is painfully slow. Some apps take legitimately 15 seconds or longer to boot up.
For my usage, I can deal with that, though it is annoying, but for the main tv in like a kid's bedroom or something, this could be a dealbreaker.

A great, inexpensive tv! Easy setup, including wifi! A little challenging going from Vesa 200X200 to 100X100 which is my monitor stand mount. I purchased an adapter plate on Amazon and now enjoying Samsung TV!!

New, but incompatible connections in model F6000F

Having to replace a dead Samsung 32" UN5300 tv, I tried for the 2025 model F6000F. Expecting improvements, I came to find that all of the previous audio out connections were eliminated, leaving ONLY the new HDMI EArc connection for an external audio device. It also has Bluetooth capability, that I had to accept for my older, but superior speakers. To connect this way is somewhat cumbersome, especially with the limited Settings menu. Finally, I was enjoying my upgraded audio experience, but had to endure the popping connection upon every restart, as well as the signal fading in and out while only one foot separation. I guess Samsung thinks this is progress, doing away with the connections for: composite audio, digital audio, and a headphone jack. I had to exchange this model for my old 2018, but new, UN5300 model again. Is this really progress?

I can honestly say I replaced a TV in the garage, and this was an open-box item I got for $100. I would not pay full price for it. It is a very cheaply made TV. The sound is subpar, but as I stated before, it’s for a garage, so it fits my needs. If you’re looking for a bedroom TV, this might work out okay for the cost, but just be aware that this is very basic. It will get the job done, yet it looks cheap in my opinion.

This pirchase was a very good deal that i had ran across. I had brought it as a gift to my son. Hes the one that really like it for his bedroom. Glad i had made the purchase . Its a smart led tv that does have the bells & whistles. The sleek design of it captures the ambiance with a bluetooth speaker to enhance the clarity & sound of the tv to enjoy of the listening pleasures. Purchased this TV as a replacement for our bedroom. While it is slightly larger than what we originally wanted we are very pleased with the quality of the picture. No matter where we stand, sit or just lay in our bed, the picture is perfect. There is no distortion (like we had with our old set). While there is a slight lag with the remote, it's not all that inconvenient.
