    Not a very Smart TV

    After 2 to 3 weeks from purchasing the TV the sound developed a terrible buzzing noise. Past the 15 days to return to Best Buy, so had to call Samsung. First call they said they would have to send someone to my house to fix it and they would notify me. Never received a call so I called back and then they told me I had to ship it back to them. They replaced a part and returned it and the sound is Ok now. Some of the apps I want to load are not available through their software and the Tizen web browser included on the TV either does not play videos I want to watch or buffers them terribly, so I try to get my phone to mirror to the screen to bypass their browser and I had to call Samsung for support and am told that screen mirroring is not supported on this TV and they suggest I buy another piece of equipment to get the TV to do what I want. I really wish I had purchased something else.

    Months ago I bought the "Samsung - 32" Class (31.5" Diag.) - LED - 720p - Smart" and I am pleased and amazed with the quality of the picture. The Setup was smooth and you can easily follow the onscreen step by step guide. The TV will already detect the wireless network available and all you need to do is enter your credentials. Apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are included and you can easily setup your accounts. and Sling TV app free for 3 months is included The base is a single pedestal and not the two individual supports as shown on the website. Overall a good choice if you are looking for quality and an affordable TV.

    The remote programming for this TV is not user friendly. I am still not able to program my favorite channels to the favorite buttons on the remote. Programming on the screen is possible but I have to go through so many steps when pushing a button on the remote would be so much easier. Also the channel up & down button skips channels instead of going in sequence so I just enter the channel I want manually. It is very frustrating. And there were no instructions. I went to the store twice for help & I called Samsung customer service twice. They were not able to help me.

    The TV was simple to set up and fit in my entertainment center easily. It is very lightweight so I was concerned about it being stable. So far, no fear, it is fine. I know that I can mount the tv to the wall if I choose to at a later date. The only issue of concern was the smell it remits while on. It has been a few weeks now and it seems to be fading. I don't like the large banner above the apps and I miss the ease of my roku on my last tv. The picture is great for a smaller tv . Overall I am happy with my purchase and the customer service at Best Buy was great!

    I absolutely love this tv!! Let me start off my saying I wasn’t aware of all the features it has I didn’t even have to connect my roku to the tv because it has Netflix already installed all I had to do was connect the tv to the WiFi. I was mind blown of the quality it projects as well even the volume setting is great. Definitely recommend this tv!! Especially if your on a budget like me. Your going to get your moneys worth.

    Samsung makes a nice TV picture and it's the right size for our bedroom. The only criticism is Samsung's design of the remote. The channel viewer isn't located by the arrows to dial up or down. Since the remote isn't lighted and I'm watching in a dark room, I end up making 5 wrong selections to get to the place to choose my station. Frustrating. Remote control layout is the same on my 43" Samsung but it's in a lighted room. Needs a redesign.

    This Samsung TV has been great so far. I was going to get a Sharp until the Best Buy employee recommended I pay a little more and get the more reliable Samsung. I have another 32 inch Samsung that has also been great. Worth the extra money so far. I mounted this TV on the wall and it was fairly simple to do. This TV is energy efficient as well. Hooked up an HD antenna to it and I get over 30 channels for free.

    The feet on the Vizio are better than the Samsung. I never even got to watch the Samsung. Shipping damaged it. I love the Vizio and probably woulda loved the Samsung too. I just hate the feet everyone using that MAKE TVs. What happened to indestructable products built to last ??? Mo Money, right ???? Not cool... IF YOU HAVE young kids - MOUNT TV ON WALL !!!! *** Very important *** I dont have any kids but these TVs tip over too **** EASY around curious kids. Universal mounts sold online. ***Prices vary***

    I bought this TV as my old analog one's color tube was no longer working. I happened to have been able to buy this new TV when it was on sale! The picture is beautiful. The TV fits my space. Because I already had a Samsung account, I was able to set up my Smart TV myself. I even linked my YouTube & iPhone to the TV. This is also the very first time that, not only purchasing a TV with my own money but also personally owning one over 27". I would purchase more Samsung TVs in the future.

    The TV is fine. But I do not have internet at home. It was difficult to set up since we do not have internet at home. After a few hrs got it to work. Then it did not. Next morning I got it to work. We have Comcast. The picture was too short at top and bottom. The comcast guy said it was because it is HD and so tries to get best picture. He came and got it somewhat better to fill the screen. It is still 0.75 inches lost to top and bottom. I am sure we paid more for a smart TV that we did not need.

    This television was purchased to replace a 32 inch Insignia; which suddenly went belly up. I use it a computer monitor; even though it does NOT have a VGA input. Fortunately, the computer has a HDMI [decent]output. Additionally, it does NOT have a headset audio output jack; although it does have a optical digital audio output jack. The lack of the VGA input and headset audio output jacks is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

    The speakers sound like they are blown out or underwater since day one. Other than that the TV is exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I didn’t realize how short the return period was or I would have exchanged this TV for the same product as I believe the speakers in my particular TV must have been bad. I don’t believe Samsung would have such poor quality speakers in their product on purpose.

    I got this to replace my Sharp Roku TV whose speakers went out after just 6 months. Looked online and found it was a comment problem. I took the TV in to be repaired by Geek Squad but they lost it. So they gave me credit for it and I got this Samsung. It's not a Roku but that's ok. This TV is far superior. Should note that it's only 720p but for what I'm using it for that's fine.

    Needed to replace an old TV(not compatible with the required digital box from my cable provider)Saw this on sale at a good price and since my main TV is a Samsung I liked the brand. Since it is a "smart" tv, the setup was a little confusing. The picture is very good, but the sound is distorted. I have tried to adjust it without much luck. This is a set I use only occasionally so I can live with it - or use closed captioning.

    I really like this TV, it has a good definition, but sometimes it is kind of slow and trying to sign in with youtube App and the Spotify App is kind of hard but in general I would recommend this TV to a friend. I'm 18 and literally, the only thing I need on a TV is Netflix and Spotify and even though is kind of hard to sign in to the apps at first, once you do it, apps run smoothly.

    The Internet interface in these TV are not reliable. My two TVs constantly lose connection and do not retain the router information entered. Setting up via Smartthings is ridiculous if you do not have any other Smartthing devices already installed. I kept the TVs, but would trade them in a minute for the Ensignia Fire TV, If you are an Alexa fan, buy the FireTV instead of the Samsung which requires the Smartthings hub to function.

    We bought this TV as open-box ( the first item we buy as open-box) and it was great. The TV works well, the quality is great. We don't watch TV much and it is mostly to play video games or watch streaming videos and it is perfect for that since it is a smart TV. The only con we encounter is when we wanted to mount the stand to the TV, the holes for the screws are VERY tight therefore a regular screwdriver can't go in.

    This was a purchase for my son going to college. I have switched my TV preference to Samsung over the last couple of years due to their excellent picture quality, easy to use remote, and good tech support. Like all newer flat screens the sound quality is not very good due to the small speaker sizes. However, it gets the job done.

    We have been looking to add a dependable smart TV to the guest bedroom but did not want spend too much, or get a cruddy TV. We have a 50" Samsung in the Living room which we love, so went for a 32" Samsung. It is great! If I ever get in trouble and kicked out of the master bedroom, I'll still have a great TV. :-) Easy to install & Set UP. Great picture.

    I bought a Samsung Sound bar about a year and a half ago and was impressed. When my old television died, I bought the same brand not a Samsung and brought it back , bought a Samsung and WOW! Very impressed! My wife was concerned about the stability of the legs (I wasn't) but we bought a stand and mounted it on it which made it even more impressive! Happy, happy, happy!
