Samsungs line up of QLED's are amazing. Hard to believe they're not OLED's at times but this tv is awesome. It didn't rate as high for gaming on some websites but i disagree, i felt it was really smooth and no lag. This was apparently the last 32" tv samsung was going to make and they went out with a bang.

I've had this TV going on 18 months and have loved every minute of it. From video games, to tooling around on YouTube to movies and TV, I feel I've put it through it's paces and it still has a great picture and sound. Zero complaints... All the Stars!

Smart TV — Fantastic color,Great sound Easy set up

Easy to set up. It hooked up to my Alexa with no problem and is a perfect TV for my office. The only criticism I have is that the stand is not in the middle of the Tv, it is on legs at each end. Because of this,it will not sit on top of a smaller bookcase like my old one, but will need a surface that is a le to hold the entire width of the TV.

Excellent Display for my PS4 pro/Xbox 1 X. Very Minimal lag, HDR works great with Games, 4k Movies, Youtube Etc. Speakers are pretty good for a TV the game mode works surprisingly well for shooting games. All internet features work seamlessly. I Don't use the Bixby voice search feature

Big fan of Samsung. TV works great, excellent picture. Own many Samsung products and have had much success with them. My Order online was efficient and delivery and set up was excellent through Total Tech Support...worth the xtra investment, big savings. Best Buy is my go Tech supplier.

nice picture good size easy to use mounted well use often

Very satisfied with TV. However, it took some time to learn remote functions, Purchased table stand mount for added flexibility. No issues were incurred in setting up wireless hook up and streaming shows over internet. Sound is very good for small TV. Over air tuner is satisfactory.

It has a nice picture, but it all ends there. It loses internet connection when my other TV's and computers work fine. The only way to get it back on is to unplug the TV from the wall and wait 15 seconds before turning back on. The remote control gives very little control to change from an app back to TV. The remote doesn't scroll well most of the time, and getting to an app other than the 3 with buttons on the remote is difficult at best. turning CC on or off requires voice command plus button pushes to work. My old Samsung works much better. If you love difficultly this one is fine.

Used only a handful of times. Never purchased anything open box ever but I needed a small 4k TV that fit in a 32 inch window area. Seen this at my local best buy and they were 499.99 this one was 399.99 as an open box. Mind you the T.V. still had the plastic on it in the box. Only thing missing were the screws for the stand.... I was reluctant at first to say the least but I said why not let's try it. Just turned it on tonight to watch Netflix before bed and it keeps freezing up on me. Doesn't work with remote. Just for powering on and off. I tried my Q900 8K remote for the downstairs T.V. and same thing happens. Just powers on and off and freezes up on a black screen periodically... I check to see if I'm within return period as I'm a best buy elite plus member but alas it has run out September 29, 2020. I will be contacting my closest best buy store to see what they can do to help. So far not satisfied with the performance for the crazy price tag...

I purchased this TV for use in a small trailer and it worked great. Have now moved to a larger home and will probably purchase a larger model of this same television. The sound quality is better than any other small TV I have owned.

Very Nice TV. Thought the imagery would be sharper, especially the typography on menus which is fairly difficult to read. But other than that, so far it’s been great and the sound is good too. I love that I can send images to my screen from my computer.

We are very pleased with our Samsung Q50R TV. The picture is very impressive and much sharper then our old Sony Bravia set. The sound is so pleasant and it reaches all corners of our living room. The setup was very straight forward and easy to synch with my Spectrum box.

Great TV. I mounted it on the wall. I bought the screws needed to mount the TV on the wall at Lowe's. I think this is the best TV with all the features you can ask for and 4 K resolution on the market. It is a little expensive for this size, but worth it.

Another outstanding Samsung TV! We're also looking to upgrade our living room TV to a larger Samsung as well! The icing on the cake was having the Geek Squad do the wall mount install. I highly recommend Thomas and Dustin on their team!! Outstanding job folks!! HT

Easy to purchase. I called down to verify they had it in stock. Got to the store and was checked aot and ready to go in about 10 minutes. We had recently purchased another one of the same and were pleased with it. Beautiful picture and easy to use.

So this is not an OLED TV but picture quality is very comparable for a much better price than OLED TVs. Picture quality is absolutely amazing!! I purchased this TV because the TV I had in the bedroom went out. I prefer Samsung TVs because I am never disappointed!

This TV is a great choice. It has a really good picture, the built in apps are quick to load, and the “Samsung TV” channels are a great feature. The only down size is it feels a little to plastic. The larger TV’s seem to have better build quality. Overall a great choice.

Got this to replace my old Samsung 1st gen 32” smart tv. Plus side is that it’s a 4k smart tv which allows me to use this as a reference screen when editing pictures. I can just drag my image to it and not have to zoom in and out. Color accuracy is great but not perfect.

Nice tv. Great picture quality. Remote not very user friendly and enclosed manual virtually useless. E manual not user friendly to elderly or non technology informed individuals. TV has great potential but is challenging to set up to get the maximum benefit out of it. Samsung needs to simplify set up options.
