Nice tv. Picture is good. I like that I can set not only parental channel controls but also timed shut off of the tv so it’s not left on overnight.

The issue is the size it states 32 inch when in fact it measures 28 and a half inches. Which was disappointing once I measured. The remote control is limited and the owners manual does not explain much on operations. I am still learning how to operate this TV.

Awesome TV, but even more importantly is great as a second (larger) screen for my laptop. Mixed use - work and play. Not a gamer, but confident it would work well for that purpose.

Previously had a different brand TV in our sunroom, and it was difficult to see during parts of the day. The picture on this TV is always easy to see and much sharper. Really glad we got this one.

A bit on the expensive in but this is the only 32” 4K tv on the market. I guess that why it’s priced so high. But no problems and i actually sort of think it’s worth the price.

The picture quality of this TV is comparable to the large more expensive models but at a size that’s perfect for personal consumption. It’s only caveat being it’s lower peak brightness.

Awesome TV! Great picture and sound. Great if you want a 4K picture in a small space. Will have just as many people in the Kitchen watching as I do in the Great Room watching my Q90!

32" TV was needed do to need to fit into a cabinet. Previous TV was a Samsung and gave us a good picture so this was the logical choice and we couldn't be happier with it.

I purchased this for a child’s room mounted on the wall. Perfect for kids, if you’re big into gaming this isn’t the tv for you. Quality is good, picture is decent, cannot get bright for hdr, but I don’t care for kids use..

Are all Smart TVs this dumb?

For consideration: We spend little time watching television, only the evening news and an occasional NFL or college football game are interesting enough for us to invest the time. We are both tech savvy, but this is our first "Smart TV." Overall, it seems more energy has gone into designing a device that will report out (to Samsung so they can sell the data?) on what you watch than into making the TV simple and easy to use. It's painful and will take time to learn the different menu options in the device's operating system. Instead of simply accessing major network programming, you'll need to sift through content you may not be at all interested in to eventually find basic tv. If you have a cable subscription, and you're having trouble getting the TV to display those channels, you are stuck in the middle between your cable provider and Samsung as to what the problem may be. I recommend calling your cable provider and have their technician check signal strength, remake connections, replace old splitters, replace old coaxial cables, etc. at the first hint of an issue. Once that is done, access the online co-browse function available in the e-manual to have a Samsung service agent assist with set up. Doing this yourself will lead only to frustration as no documentation is provided with the tv. What is available in the e-manual skips the step-by-step approach needed for a first time "Smart TV" user to set up and use the TV quickly, or at all. There is supposed to be a more detailed instruction manual online, but if the device were truly smart, I would not need one. It's just a computer with a display that happens to be used as a tv; there's no consumer driven need to make it so complex. The quality of the audio output from the TV is poor. We purchased a Samsung soundbar and sub-woofer which addressed that issue. After two online interactions with Samsung, two calls with our cable provider, we had the cable technician out yesterday and are finally able to again watch the evening news (nearly a month after attempting to place the "Smart TV" in service. If there were a "dumb TV" with a high quality display available in the marketplace, I would absolutely prefer that over any "Smart TV."

I really was looking for a Samsung 40" TV, but no luck. The 43 was just too large for the wall so the 32 " won out. This TV is VERY thin and the picture is very good.

It’s a good tv for the price I paid. Got the tv on sale for $360. The picture is bright, but lacks a crispness that I prefer. I would recommend the tv, I just think I had my hopes up a little too high.

Excellent TV for the price nice picture. Only negative is picture quality diminishes as you move to the side of the screen as opposed to a straight on view.
