Nice little TV! We're OLED spoiled but this QLED fit the bill! Very nice picture and nice contrast ratio for an LED. We bought to fit in the entertainment cabinet in our RV and paired with the Samsung S60B 5.0 Sound Bar! Perfect combo! I just wish the smaller Samsung TV's had the Qsymphony feature. But for the small space still real good!

Good picture, excellent sound, exactly the size I wanted, overall reliable. My complaints are about the streaming services, but that's not about Best Buy! I had a little trouble with Hulu, but the Geek Squad technician came right out and fixed it. I'm very pleased with it.

my old crt tv finally quit so enter the flat screen. I wanted a 32in and the market isn't full of that size. Samsung has this size so this it the one. After a lot of setting up ( for me ) up and running. my only concern is the darkness of the night scenes. I mean almost so dark I can't see what is in the background. There are some adjustment and options I haven't tried yet but the few simple ones I have tried have helped.

Great picture quality. Easy install and easy set up.

Setup is easy, picture/sound are fine. Only complaint is that it has a pretty narrow viewing angle, if you're off to the side even a little bit the picture quality degrades significantly. For one person, or two/three sitting close together, it's fine, but probably wouldn't work well for a bigger group.

We bought it for my mother-in-law, and she loves it. Previously she had been using a very cheap tv and with her vision was having trouble viewing its detail. As soon as this was set up by your installer, she loved it, the clarity and intensity of the color.

My 2 brands are Samsung tv’s and Bose. This tv is in my kitchen and I have a Bose Soundbar connected. All I can say is oh my oh my oh my. After buying a Samsung tv, if you can get a Bose soundbar. You just can’t go wrong.

We don’t have any TVs that aren’t Samsung. This one very nice with minimal outside trim giving larger viewing area. Great color. I’m one of those people who has a TV on pretty much 24 hours. I replaced an older Samsung with this one.

Samsung QLED is great, It's like they are in the room with you! Picture is brilliant and very colorful. Fit my bedroom needs perfectly. I shopped around and Best Buy had the best price as well.

This is an additional unit like a couple of others in bedrooms. This one is in the breakfast area. The 4K picture and the Tizen operating system makes watching regular shows as well streaming show easy. The size is perfect for alternative locations in addition to a larger set in the den.

Small TV has a great screen and good sound. Wanted a small screen TV to mount in front of an elliptical machine and this fits the bill perfectly. The only downside is that it's a little expensive, but if you want a small 4K TV the options are limited.

LOVE my new Samsung TV! It is absolutely the best TV purchased by me in years. My new Samsung was set up by Ryan, a Best Buy set up technician which was another good decision. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish.

Had to replace a LG 42" HD after years of service. Wanted a UHD but not something huge. This fit the bill. Beautiful picture. Only thing is the UI has a bit of a learing curve and isn't always intuitive especially considering the huge number of channels available. And Alexa doesn't always work.

Wow what can i say. Great tv. Got for my wife's zen room lol. The remote is solor powered. Also can use batteries. The pic and sound are great. Gonna get another bigger one for living room. Again great tv

Great picture quality easy to navigate and setup works well

Picture is clear and sound good. My only complaint is That it is necessary to get out of “live” which opens automatically and go through a few steps to just get It to the streaming services page.

This Samsung - 32" Class Q60C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV is a very nice TV. However, not everything was in the box that the packing slip listed. Two M4 x L14 screws were missing. These screws are used to install the two feet on the TV. I tried contacting Samsung. The first person took all of my info, then as I finished giving my mailing address, we were disconnected. He called but I missed his call. I called back and spoke with a woman who told me the screws aren't supposed to be included. Why does my packing slip say that two screws are enclosed? Also, the small remote can be a challenge at times. Glad the remote from my old Samsung TV works on this TV. My TV has a sticker on it that says it was manufactured 10/2023. When I spoke with Samsung support, they kept saying that my TV is a 2015 TV. Not sure why they kept saying that.

Picture quality is fine, remote leaves something to be desired
