I ordered this for my new kitchen where I occasionally like to watch TV but the last thing I wanted was a black TV screen in my new kitchen wall. The install was relatively simple, I will admit our electrician did the work. We had the wire and box hidden in a cabinet under the counter (he ran the wire through the wall). Love the TV , the options of all the art choices as well as mat borders (size and color options). I paid the yearly art subscription to choose what art I wanted displayed but before I did that it displayed a nice variety of seasonal arts and they would be displayed for a few minutes before the next one appeared and I also liked that as well (that was a free option). I did add the modern teak frame (an overpriced plastic magnetic frame but looks nice). My only complaint is the remote (platform) is not as user friendly as most others. The art display looks better in person and everyone who comes into my home has no idea this is a TV and not just a picture.

After purchasing the 75” Samsung Frame TV from Best Buy and enjoying it, I decided to purchase the 32” version for a smaller room. I love the new one as much as the original! The picture is very good and the artwork is such an improvement over the “big black hole” that most other TV’s present when the power is off. I highly recommend any of the Samsung Frame TVs!

THIS IS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING TO INSTALL but it's worth it. YouTube the installation process and you'll see what I mean. However we have very niche needs and that frustration was worth it. Watching media isn't at the center of our lives (we're millennials, we have our phones) but from time to time we like to watch something. Our biggest beef with TV revolves around a having a giant black screen just... hanging out in our den. We get it, society's like that but we're not. We also have two kids and we're just not big on making screen time the center of our lives. So we found this and learned that not only can we hide the "TV-ness" with artwork (don't subscribe, buy the files from Etsy and use a USB) but we can also do it by surrounding it with family photos. Boom, TV gone. No extra audio, no other devices, just a TV that can hide on our wall. For that benefit we'd pay the premium. Other than that it works fine, we're not enthusiasts so it's all more than enough. I just hope the software holds up as longer than most TVs @__@

I love the art feature on this tv. Sound is ok and the picture quality is good. I wish there wasn’t an extra charge to subscribe to the art service!

TV is great! Only issue was the flat mounting brackets. They say left and right but if you look at them they are cut wrong. The second picture is the change I had to make for them to work. Otherwise it all went great. Simple install and simple set up. Love the pictures it rotates through. WiFi is downstairs and at opposite end of house but connected fine and no problems with pixelating or buffering.

Excellent television and worth the additional cost, which is a bit more than other flat screens. The volume is adequate without sound bar. The tv is elegant when in picture mode with minimal wiring behind it and no glare. There are many apps available to connect to in media section and also internet for streaming. It was easy to set up and get watching quickly!

Frame is the best picture ever for your wall or kitchen

I can't express how cool this tv is. Bought a 3rd party frame for it and it looks amazing!

It was easy to set up and follow through with. It has many setting to best fit one’s needs and likes (brightness, color hue, and etc) Thanks to the Samsung website, I was able to understand all of the details and features of this TV as well. The size fits perfectly for a personal room instead of a big living room. The “art mode” is perfect. The paintings look real and as if you can touch the wet paint with your fingertips! It is genuinely a great product!!!

Love everything about this TV. Sleek, great picture quality, and great sound quality. The smart hub is intuitive to use, and the setup was smooth. I also purchased the snap-on frame pieces to help it blend with my other furniture, since I don't have it wall-mounted currently, and it blends in perfectly. Definitely recommend.

I love the TV. I wish it came with a cooler Frame though, the standard TV comes with just the black framing which isn't very "Framish". To order a new one it is very expensive. I love how it hangs flush to the wall. The cable was a bit thicker that runs to the control box, the larger tv's ones look like they are clear... this one is grey and about 1/4" thick. Comes with 60 day free trial for art work, otherwise you have to subscribe or input your own.

I love the frame's screen and how flat it is. I don't super love the remote or some of the user interface on it's main screen, but those are small quibbles. I adore this purchase and wish I had done it sooner...I've gone through a few cheaper TVs that I hated because I didn't want to purchase a frame, and I should've just saved the money and time and started with this.

Hard to install. Picture quality very good! I ended up having a computer tech come and install. What sold me on being a Best Total Care Member was when you bought a big screen the installation and wall mount was included. It now seems I am getting less bang for my buck.

First, the pros - the TV looks great, and I appreciate the ability to put artwork on the screen. It does have some very nice features. Unfortunately, the other evening the screen shut off randomly and couldn't be turned back on. It took me 30 minutes of troubleshooting (unplugging, etc) before it finally worked again. I'm not sure if this is just a glitch or what. Other than that, it's been a great TV for my needs.

This is our second frame tv. It doubles as art when not watching and helps the tv blend into the room better. Picture and sound are good. It has one thing that takes a bit of time getting used to, the remote is a bit different than the usual smart tv. In addition, the remote is slow to respond sometimes. Would recommend this tv, especially if you don’t want your tv to be the focal point of your room.

I get compliments on this ALL the time. Living in a small studio, it’s really nice to be able to save space by having something flush against the wall and it is SO pretty as an art piece.

Good picture. The movement sensor is erratic, and for the art mode, it doesn't appear you can have a series of pictures display and the mat setting at the same time. But otherwise, I'm pleased with my purchase.
