    So I had this fridge for only 10 day and so far I had cooling issues with it. It randomly stops working and what's frustrating about it the display that show the temperature is incorrect.. I call Samsung and was told to unplug for 5 minutes to reset the fridge, once I plug it back in the display show 63 for the fridge and 41 for the freezer.. (I set it at 36 and -1).. So far I lost $75 on food in 1 week...

    Good fridge. First one I recieved was scratched. Best Buy came out and replaced the bottom drawer. They offered to replace the whole fridge but I only cared about not having the scratches. Overall, very happy with the product.

    I have my Refrigerator on 4/23/21 it’s been working very well is very spacious I really like it. Also would like to thanks the guys from the Geek squat for the great job they did installing the fridge also they make sure I was happy with everything

    Decent space... Looks neat... Replaced double door fridge with this one and this was the only one we could get to fit the space.

    Never called. Said they came by and they left without calling. Never seemed to knock on the door and I dont have a fridge and all my food is spoiling. The installers here said the fridge was on its way so not to worry they are coming today. I called and they are not coming until this weekend.

    Realy bad service, they delivered my new fridge with a dent and put a paper to hide it , when i went to complain to the store they said they couldn’t do anything but refund me 99 dls for the delivery, ive been best buy member but definitely canceling, i don’t recommend paying for a membership if treated like this

    Doors do not close on their own. Have to push them closed. Shelf placement is not designed well. Only one can be moved about two inches up or down. Shelves in doors ok. Just not enough room for milk and big 2 liters of soda upright.

    I must be honest. I purchased this refrigerator based on the good reviews site unseen, however I am highly disappointed. The external size of the unit is large, but the internal depth is quite small. Coming from an older model Samsung feeling like I took a big loss when it comes to internal capacity. My old refrigerator was the exact size externally, however could hold much more food internally. The two stars were given for the pretty color.

    I fine the refrigerator runs loud almost continuously. I reviewed the manual and contacted the Sansung company, this didn’t help. I am not satisfied with the loudness and different sounds that comes from this product.
