Don't buy Samsung products

Less than 6 months after installation it has spots on and around the knobs. Neither Best Buy nor SAMSUNG ARE STANDING BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a nice layout and design, but it has a fatal flaw with the power supply connection. The unit comes with a custom hard wired electric supply cord that is only 38 inches long. The installation guide states that if the cooktop is installed over the built-in oven, that the connection MUST be in the adjacent cabinet which is over 36 inches away. Samsung Service Desk said attach an extension cord which is against the NEC guidelines. If we have our electrician rewire the connection, it will void the warranty. Further, we can't rewire the connection since it has two different custom connectors built-in to the cord.
