Refrigerator was not leveled when installed. Tried and not have not been able to level. Tried calling Best Buy who referred me to Samsung who referred me to Best Buy.

A correctly "leveled" refrigerator is not level from front to back. Samsung refrigerators are designed to tilt back slightly, which helps the doors to close by themselves and helps with draining. This will help close the door automatically and prevent the other door from opening. Kindly visit the troubleshooting link below to help with the freezer door and watch the YouTube video.

This fridge was great, until it wasnt. I purchased this fridge on August 26, 2023. It died August 9, 2024. The temperature is currently sitting at 70° in the fridge. All food is ruined, and food is EXPENSIVE now. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG FRIDGES!!!! I will now attempt to contact best buy, who probably wont be able to have someone come look at it for another week since its the weekend. Are they going to reimburse me for my food I just bought yesterday as well?? Where is the liability in todays day and age.

So far it’s good. Will update as time goes by. Delivery wouldn’t take it upstairs where it was going but I managed to get it upstairs. If I would have known they wouldn’t take it upstairs I would have picked it up. Not happy with the delivery

Again, fridge is great. This is a customer service review. I had the fridge delivered and during delivery the fridge was damaged. The delivery guy took pictures and told me to expect a call. I got a call from customer service and after a 30 minute talk agreed on compensation of $362 in the form of a check. 3 weeks went by and I received nothing. So I called them and got hung up on. I called again and was told there was no record of my interaction and he couldn’t help me. I called a fourth time and was finally told I would receive a gift card for $220. I told her I was unhappy that the amount was reduced and she refused to go up on the amount. Today I called and was told the same amount of $220 but instead of giving it to me, they have to submit a request for approval and will call me back to let me know if I’m getting compensation or not. Needless to say this is one of the most unorganized and unsatisfying customer service experiences I’ve had. Not like it should matter but I’m also a total tech member and regardless of that I still receive poor treatment.

Not the best item. Screen wasnt working when it was installed. Returned it and now with a different fridge. Process was very smooth and Blake and Tae from Gainesville store were very helpful.
