Delivery wasn't the best. Found a scratch/dent on the side. The ice maker takes forever to fill. The ice comes out slow and takes a minute to come out. Otherwise this is a nice looking fridge. It has plenty of room on both sides. It is very cold and the freezer, freezes everything quickly.

I replaced my 10 year old Samsung refrigerator with this newer model. The ice dispenser gave up in the old model and the technician was asking $550 to replace that. So it made plenty of sense to rather buy a new one. Samsung folks have tried to improve the ice dispenser by eliminating the flimsy flapper, but the new design still is glitchy and drops ice to the floor. Otherwise, its a great refrigerator with plenty of space and cool lighting. Quiet as well. I’ll buy it for the price and space.

This fridge works wonderfully. Holds temp well and has nice clean lines with a lot of room inside. Ice maker works well but is slow dispensing at times due to rotating rod design in the bin.. Only flaw is that the stainless steel is thin and dents easily.. Son bumped the door with a cup in his hand and left a small dent, was able to rub most of it out with my thumb but it's still noticeable, especially at an angle..

Owned this for about 6 months, no issues, cools well and is quiet. The only thing I wish was different is the non-adjustable shelve heights were adjustable, but with the generous spacing, this really hasn't been an issue. Also wish the ice bucket was a bit larger as can run out during parties/gatherings.

I bought this Samsung refrigerator at Best Buy and I am very happy with my purchase. It cools super well, is spacious and looks elegant in my kitchen. I love the color and design, it really adds a modern touch to the space. So far it has worked perfectly and it gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing that I have a good product at home. The delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition, thank you Best Buy!

Great fridge! Quiet cold operation. Lots of room too. Came from a bottom freezer Kenmore Elite that was garbage from the start. Side by side is the way to go, bottom freezers tend to have a lot of issues with ice buildup due to its design. Only flaw for us is the ice maker, when dispensing the little swinging arm inside barely catches ice to move around. Have to open the freezer and tap the ice bin to get the ice moving. Bad design.

We love the refrigerator even though it is an open box everything works well. It is a beautiful color and very sleek. There is lots of space for everything. The only thing I would change would be for the ice machine to be a little bigger, sometimes we run out of ice when using it. Great refrigerator!

On sale, this refrigerator is a good deal, and has plenty of space. However, 2 things to note is that the water dispenser does not dispense cold water, it is always tap temperature, I am not sure if this is by design or a malfunction. The second note is the manual says the ice maker makes a specific amount of ice per day, and we are seeing less than 1/2 of that. There is a power cool feature for the freezer that increases ice production and will run for 50 hours, but this cant be the solution for increasing ice production. I am going to try lowering the freezer temp and see if that changes anything.

I am a big Samsung fan so, obviously I wanted to try out their fridge. Awesome product, perfect size, super roomy, no complaints for now, 100% satisfied with my purchase. Love the sleek design and the new “no handles” concept. Given that my kitchen is a bit on the small side, something as small as having no handles makes a huge difference when it comes to door space. I do not miss them at all. (Especially when the time comes to replace them). Totally Recommend this product.

Lights aight turning on in the fridge and its not registering the temp. Imma try and troubleshoot some more but ill probably have to contact samsung. Seems like an easy fix

I am "very" impressed with the Samsung S-by-S refrigerator with Ice (crushed & cubed) and water dispenser. Additional feature I did not expect is if you accidently leave the door/doors open it plays a chime to remind you. Great when the Grandchildren come over. I love the "finger print-less" texture yet has a gloss clean look and also the fact that the door handle is "inside" the door frame. I Highly recommend this Refrigerator.

Needed a new fridge and this one fitted perfectly into an alcove in the kitchen.Has decent space,is quiet and looks sleek

This is our first time buying a Samsung fridge. We have historically stuck with Maytag. However, due to the supply chain backlog, we decided to give Samsung a try. We have only had the fridge for a few weeks but so far it is really good. Positives - Extremely spacious and extremely sleek looking. I have not had so far any of the other issues from other reviews like the ice machine freezing shut, or the sticker on the front leaving sticky residue. I really enjoy the ice cubes shapes, it is not the common semi-circle shape but closer to a cube. The temperature controls are nice. Negatives - Not really negatives but small things that could be improved. The water from the dispenser is not as cold as I am used to with my previous fridge. The water/ice dispenser should really have a light, that's a miss from Samsung. It would be nice if the storage on the doors could be adjusted up or down. I know most fridges are going this route, but still. Since it is our first time buying a Samsung fridge, I did get the 3-year geek squad protection. Hoping that I don't have to use it. If anything changes I will come back and change my review. So far though, it is a great fridge for a great price and its available!

I replaced a similarly sized fridge with this one when my freezer failed. The space saving ice maker definitely works, and it definitely saves space. I seem to have a LOT more room in both the refrigerator and the freezer. Temperature holds steady. I love the clean look. It's very easy to clean (inside and out). If I could ding it a half of a star, it would be because there is no light in the water/ice dispenser. BUT—that area of the dispenser is SUPER easy to clean any spills. There are no nooks & crannies for water to hide in.

So far we have not had any issues but then again we've only had it for about 3 weeks. It is frustrating that the ice/water dispenser area does not have a light. So if you are dispensing something when it gets a little bit dark you can't see what's going in your cup unless your cup is see-through. I guess that makes it first-world problems but still would be nice to have that area lit. Just makes no sense that it's not is all. I am also a little concerned about other reviews that are all talking about the ice maker. We definitely notice that it is slow to produce and that is going to be a concern for us for a family of four during the summer. I have seen other reviews where they have said that the ice maker has completely quit working. Again haven't experienced that at this point in three weeks and hopefully we won't. We bought this refrigerator on the spur of the moment because our current one died without any notice and this was one of the ones that was available and I didn't really do any searching of previous reviews prior to purchase. Otherwise the refrigerator is overall very aesthetically appealing to look at and I do like the fact that the refrigerator and freezer part seem to be quite large. I do also like all of the pockets in the doors.

Looks stylish, finger print resistant surface, quiet and very roomy inside. Water and ice dispenser has no light in the cavity, wish it did. Also ice maker is not the fastest but does the job. Overall, a great value for the money.

I love this refrigerator; it's the perfect size, and I also like the storage space. The color was just right, and it arrived very quickly and very well protected.

This refrigerator has been great! Plenty of space to put our food and drinks, haven’t had a single issue. One thing that I would change is the timer for the ice dispenser. When you push your cup in for ice you have to hold it there for around 3 seconds before ice starts to drop. Not a deal breaker when you look at the total package.

After 12 years, it was time to retire our old fridge & upgrade to one that better suited our growing family's needs. This refrigerator has made an excellent replacement. While comparing various brands & styles of refrigerators on Best Buy's website, found this model has one of the largest freezer compartments available, of those offered in this price range. After installation, we've been pleasantly surprised with the amount of convenient storage space available throughout. It's very well lit up inside & even has a door-open chime alerting one if a door has been accidentally left ajar. We are very happy with this purchase & highly recommend it to others.
